Located on the first floor (with elevator) of a quiet building, it comprises: an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), flat-screen TV, table and four chairs, opening onto a small balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a large wardrobe, a shower room with a shower, vanity unit, storage, and a separate toilet. You will also benefit from a private parking space within the building (no. 46 — gate width: 2.60 m).
