Vacation Rental in Sète: 65m² house near the train station and town center, 550m from the train station and 3.6km from the beaches.  
This house comprises: on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a first bedroom with two single beds, storage, a bathroom (shower, sink), separate toilet, and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and air conditioning. On the first floor: a kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) opening onto the living room with a table, chairs, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. A bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet), and a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. Late check-in possible: €50 (please contact us for details).  
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €120\. NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, cleaning products, toiletries.
