Cozy 70 sqm apartment located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (steps to access), able to accommodate up to 5 people. The accommodation is located in an area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. Only 7.7 km from Cagliari airport and 4.7 km from the Monserrato University Hospital. Also ideal for visiting the city center of Cagliari, only 11.9 km from the property.

Furthermore, Sestu is the perfect destination for visiting Poetto beach, the main beach of Cagliari, just 20 km from the property. Also ideal for visiting the wonderful beaches of Pula and Villasimius, both reachable in 45/55 minutes by car.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi (journey time approximately 13 minutes).  
  
\-From Cagliari Central station, you can reach the apartment by bus LINE 110 to the Sestu Via Gorizia 10 stop, just a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
