The open-plan studio, with wooden floors and good storage, is furnished with a contemporary sofa-bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 3. The sleek, fitted kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer.

The sofa converts into a double bed and there is a fold-out single bed.

Location
The apartment is close to the centre of Sestriere. The resort hosted the alpine events for the 2006 Winter Olympics and has excellent facilities for skiing and snowboarding, with well-maintained slopes and lifts. Guests will enjoy great access to the mountains.

Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, golf (Sestriere Golf Club is a 5-minute walk) and swimming. The area also hosts several festivals and events for all ages, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings.

There are many great restaurants and bars in Sestriere, which will suit all tastes and budgets in the area. For self-catering, Sestriere has supermarkets and smaller shops selling local specialities.

Turin airport is a 1 hour and 30-minute drive from the apartment.
