Nestled on the slopes of Monte Morello, just outside Florence, this inviting vacation retreat accommodates up to six guests with its two spacious bedrooms and bright, airy interiors. One of the villa’s standout features is its cozy fireplace, creating the perfect setting for warming up with loved ones on cooler days. The breathtaking views of the Florence valley and surrounding countryside provide a peaceful escape, while still being just a short distance from the city.  
  
Surrounded by 82,000 square meters of private land, Villa Ancora offers guests a tranquil retreat with fruit trees, pastures, and lush woodlands. The enclosed garden features an above-ground pool, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene atmosphere. A barbecue area with a dining table and chairs invites guests to enjoy outdoor meals in true Tuscan style.  
  
Just 10 meters away, a separate property, Villa Tenuta Lonciano (also featured in our catalogue), shares only the entrance with Villa Ancora, ensuring privacy for both residences.  
  
The villa’s prime location makes it ideal for a relaxing getaway, with opportunities for scenic walks and exploration in Monte Morello Natural Park. It is also within easy reach of Tuscany’s cultural treasures, including Florence (just 10 km away), Arezzo, Siena, and the charming villages of the Chianti and Val d’Orcia wine regions, where guests can indulge in fine wines and traditional Tuscan cuisine.

The house is set on two levels, with both floors offering direct access to the garden due to its hillside location.  
  
Ground floor: A bright living room with a fireplace and dining area creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with an oven, freezer, dishwasher, and a combination of two gas burners and two electric burners. This floor also features a bathroom with a massage shower.  
  
First floor: A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the main double bedroom, which is open to the space below and includes air conditioning and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The second double bedroom can be accessed through the main bedroom or directly from outside. When the double doors between them are closed, both rooms become completely private. This second bedroom also includes a double sofa bed, a small kitchenette with a table, and a compact half bath with a toilet and sink.
