![Yes, some parts of Bali are overrun with tourists and rubbish. However, we’ve been here for a couple of weeks now and we’ve seen many beach clean ups being organized, plus single-use plastic is restricted, so yay to this Bali! 

Whenever I hear people complaining because Bali is too touristy, I would like to remind them that it’s a pretty big island, and visiting ‘Western hotspots’ is not compulsory! You can always find places with not many other people around, and in some cases you don’t even need to travel far. This is Seseh Beach, less than 15 minutes away from Canggu by scooter!

« The place was really nice and cozy and had all the amenities you need for a long stay! In the area there a lot of local stalls and supermarkets which was nice. Canggu was only a 10 minute drive from the villa so we spent most of our time there. Only down fall when booking this place was I didn’t realise how far it would be from the main city. But all good things we really enjoyed our stay, and will be back in the near future!! Thanks guys! »

« This villa was so spacious for 8 pax and the pool was amazing. I was blown away with the hospitality of the housekeepers, they were so helpful and even borrowed a pool basket for us to enjoy a dining experience in the pool. This location is quite out of the way and inaccessible to the main road. However, it is very tranquil and quiet. Would recommend a stay here for a day or two. »
