Beautiful 44m² apartment, rated 3 stars, located on the fifth and top floor (with elevator to the 3rd floor), in a quiet, secluded location. It comprises an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, multi-function microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher).  
  
A lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed for two, a smart flat-screen TV with Netflix, a wardrobe, and a southwest-facing balcony with a table and chairs.  
  
A bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a wardrobe, an en-suite shower room with toilet, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and a separate toilet.  
  
This floor is not available for rent.  
  
Ski storage is located on level 3 (ground floor) of the residence.  
  
Wi-Fi is available in the residence.  
  
The "Le Bois de Marie" residence is a modern building located on the outskirts of Barèges, on the banks of the Gave River. Shops and the thermal baths are a 5-minute walk away. The building is secured by a digital entry code and has 5 floors (some apartments have a few steps). There is outdoor parking, but no private spaces; some apartments have private parking spaces or garages. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence. There is a ski storage room, and the ski bus stops 50 meters from the building.  
  
Tourist tax: current rate per night per person aged 18 and over. Double bed linen is available for rent at €27, single bed linen at €22, and towels at €18.  
End-of-stay cleaning is available starting at €90.  
A security deposit of €260 is required.  
  
Barèges is a small village nestled in the heart of the forest at an altitude of 1,240 meters, the highest thermal spa resort in France!  
  
Summer and winter alike, you can enjoy the Ciéléo thermal spa with its starry sky and breathtaking views of the valley.  
  
Come and enjoy the largest ski resort in the Hautes-Pyrénées. The free ski bus shuttle runs every 30 minutes in winter and takes you right to the foot of the slopes.  
  
Key collection takes place at the agency in Luz-Saint-Sauveur, 15 Place du 8 Mai 1945.
