We had a lovely stay at The X Belek. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and family-friendly, but what really made our stay special was the staff. They were always kind, helpful, and welcoming. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The staff are truly the heart of this hotel. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at X Belek. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The facilities were good, and the location was convenient for exploring the local area. The food offered a decent variety, and there was always something to choose from. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there were a few small areas that could be improved, but they didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, a great holiday and I would happily recommend the hotel to others.

It's the best hotel in serik, brilliant staff, brilliant reception, so clean,healthy food, the rooms are spacious and new,and if your in a wheelchair I recommend this hotel 110%.

Everything was perfect and for a budget holiday is was better than expected. Be prepared for the labelling of food not to be the best. The spa was great and good value. Remember to use euros instead of lira as they convert it backwards. They'll always offer euro first. The food varieties was perfect. My only thing is cats! They were everywhere on the outside restaurants. One night I saw a cat jump on the table amd the staff didnt do anything. Because I saw this I told the person sitting their to get their table cleaned. Food poisoning isn't just from food it can be from animals. The staff need to be more careful with this. So if you sit down. Ask for fresh cutlery on the outside restaurants. Apart from that the food was excellent in all the restaurants including the buffet. The Starbucks is great for coffee drinkers and if you want a cooler refresher fruit drink. The main bar was open 24hrs and offers the best drinks with top quality alcohol. Evening entertainment was great as.long as the weather didnt cancel it! I would definitely stay here again. Good location near to things and commutable.

Oda temizliği gerçekten iyiydi. Ancak plajda içeceğin hatta buzun bile limitli olması, çalışanların yabancı olmasına rağmen İngilizce konuşunca bile anlamamazlıktan gelmeleri insanı gerçekten mutsuz ediyor. Otelde hiç bir çalışan sorunuza yanıt veremiyor. Sanki çalışmak için tesadüfen gelmişler gibi. Akşam yemeği servisi yapan personel, gündüzcüleri telafi etmek istercesine canla başla servis yapıyordu. Yemekler beklentimden iyiydi. Umarım tatile gidecekler bizim gibi su kesintiside yaşamaz! Çünkü personel bu sorun karşısında da sorularınızı yanıtlamaz veya çözüm bulamaz. Odaların kliması gayet iyiydi. Ancak otel restoranı ve lobi kısmında sanırım tasarruf amaçlı klimalar çalışmıyordu.

4 aylık bebeğimizle ilk tatilimizdi. Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Receptiondaki arkadaşlar sağ olsunlar havuz ve sahne manzaralı oda verdikleri için akşam etkinliklerini de balkondan rahatlıkla izleme fırsatımız oldu.
