"Lovely rustic villa in the foothills of the Apuan Alps with stunning views over vinyards, the town and the sea. We were warmly greeted by owners Francesca and Manu, who invited us to join them for a buffet and to taste some of the wine they produce. The villa is set on a steep hillside on 3 levels (so you need to be ok with going up and down stairs!) The pool is set on the same level as the ground floor and has seating and sunbeds alongside. The local ameneties in nearby Ripa are limited, but...

"We had a great week at the house of Gemma and Andrea. The apartment is big and well equipped, perfect for a family with 3 little children. There is beautiful garden, where the kids can play, and learn something about nature as well, as Gemma and Andrea have a wonderful vegetable garden. The location is perfect, close to the beach, but also close to Pisa and Luca. Gemma and Andrea are really nice, friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this place!"

"The flat and the garden look like in the photos. You can go on excursions to the sea as well as to the mountains. Gemma and Andrea are very friendly and considerate hosts. You can always ask them about excursion destinations. And you get great tips for tasty local and ice cream parlours nearby. We felt at home, as if we were visiting friends."

"Im August machten wir Urlaub in der Toskana. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Tolle Gastgeber, die sich sehr viel Mühe geben, den Aufenthalt für ihre Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Sehr gute Tipps für das erkunden der Umgebung! Zwei Gastgeber die sich mit der Region perfekt auskennen! Das Haus super sauber, super Gegend, super Garten, gute Ruhe Möglichkeiten, top Gastgeber! Gerne immer wieder!"

"die unterkunft und die vermieter waren wunderbar es war eine unterkunft, wo man sich wirklich ganz und gar erholen konnte es lag ideal, von dort aus konnte man alles sehr gut erreichen es war schöner als es auf den bildern zu erkennen war wir waren dort mit kind und kegel und es hat allen so gut gefallen, das wir dort sicher wieder hin fahren werden. ein großes dankeschön an die vermieter, die immer zur stelle waren wenn wir etwas brauchten liebe grüße von uns allen"

"Das Haus ist nicht sauber die Küche ist sehr schmutzig und müsste mal grundgereinigt werden ..... Matratzen waren auch schmutzig und sehr schlecht ..... klobürsten sollten erneuert werden oder geputzt waren noch Reste von den Vormieter gehangen ...."

"Purtroppo la notte si dorme a tratti un po per il via vai di macchine siccome la casa sta proprio al semaforo e un po per i proprietari che alloggiano al piano superiore. Se si vuole la luce accesa (per sentirsi piu sicuri) sulla porta d'ingresso esterno viene spenta dal proprietario la notte. "
