Charming 1-Bedroom ADU Near Downtown Sequim Summary: Cedar St Cottage: Brand new reno, open concept, full kitchen The Space: Total transformation, this brand new apartment was carved out of the equivalent of a 2 car garage. 3 entrances; there will be no claustiphobia. The open concept living-dining-kitchen is beautifully designed with indirect, task and mood lighting. The bedroom is a few steps away with a queen sized bed. The 3/4 bath has a generously sized shower and a stackable washer and dryer. Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form. Sorry, no pets are allowed here. The courtyard is shared with the main house. Parking is available on either side of the street and in the driveway on the west side of the house, easily accommodating larger groups. Step outside to the patio, where a gas grill beckons for al fresco dining. Inside, amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator await in the kitchen, complemented by a convenient coffee station and a variety of small appliances. The kitchen is wonderful! Everything you could possibly need is there. The bed was very comfortable! The location of the house is excellent! A very short walk to great coffee shops, restaurants and cute shops in downtown Sequim. We also visited Olympic National Park a couple of times. Lots of amazing hiking trails and parks in the Sequim area. Also, the Olympic Discovery bike trail is very close by! We would definitely stay here again! ##### Michele N.
