1)they didn't have my reservation 2)they insisted on making me pay when I was showing them it was paid 3)Expedia ended up reimbursing me what they took because it was too complicated to have them reimburse me (and the guy did not speak English) 4)my room was ugly, looked from the 70's and lit of stuff was either not working properly or fixed "with duck tape" 5)when I complained they gave me a second room..where no lights were working 6)3rd room was clean - still old but clean, but it has bed bugs, and I found it only when I was leaving the last day 7)during my stay, I met 2 different clients who when they entered the room they were given, found out that it was already occupied 8)every night I went, kitchen was closed in the restaurant I'm pretty sure there was other things, but can't remember. I was kinda finding that almost entertaining, until I see the bug in my suitcase was I was packing to leave. All of that for a 4 night stay business trip where I almost got in, sleep, go to work, get back, sleep... But, on the bright side, Every room have a vintage beer bottle opener dating from the 70's installed in the bathroom so you can drink and forget the horrible situation you are in.
