Do not stay here... We stayed as somewere to get our head down before our flight the next morning. We was in this hotel for around 9hours in total. We got bit to bits in the room and couldnt stop itching on our flight home the next day and for a few days afterwards. We didnt even get any sleep as the hotel was that loud right through the night. It was around 12 km from KLIA2\. During checkin, there was no service personal to show the room, and I was handed over with AC remote, TV remote and room key and ask to self checkin myself. Room was OK size for 1 person, but it was nasty.. Cockroaches running around the room, even 2 roaches entered my bag also when kept open for just 5 mins, There was just a soap pump available in bathroom, no separate soap or shampoo. You have to wash your hand and take bath with same, no additional toiletries. Linens and towel doesn’t look that clean n fresh, Generally hotels are cheap in KL but this didn’t have the service standard for the price. No public transportation near by. Grab also very less scare. Plus points - Air conditioner was fine. There was hot water in shower. Airport drop service was available (additional cost RM 10/15) There was a may be 24 hour (it was open at 11pm and 5am) restaurant behind the Hotel. Will I book it again - No, I may spend night at the airport instead. DO NOT STAY HERE! we had to move rooms 3 times due to cockroaches, ants, strange smells and gross stains everywhere. our first room had no windows and we felt claustrophobic because of how small the room was. After switching to 3 different rooms, we were in a "upgraded room ". The only thing upgraded was the number of cockroaches that were in our room. Dead roaches smeared on the window, rat feces on the window sill, and a disgusting smell coming out of the drain that I assumed connected to all of the other drains in the hotel. So when someone pooped, you could smell it passing through your bathroom. I woke up with bites all over my body, (probably bed bugs). I found out this place is frequented by prostitutes who rent the room for an hour at a time. The towels were gross and dirty too. Dont walk barefoot unless you want to get a fungus infection from all of the dirty bugs and disgusting dirty floor. The Indians who own this place are dirty. And so is the area around it. Dont go to the 6th floor lounge and eat unless you want to get sick. The manager is all the cook, server, and cleaner. Be afraid.
