The wonder door gate staff was very rude. I complained to hotel but they said the staff was from Lotte world. Except that part, I would stay again even it’s expensive.

Staffs were not very friendly, I asked for an early check in and even though there are rooms available (I was checking in on Tuesday) the front desk did not accommodate (said it’s against their policy). I have traveled around the world and most hotels accommodate (subject to availability as that is good customer service). I found this hotel to be very inflexible and not customer friendly.
