Room was tight but cheap. The people there were very nice, the bed was alright, there was a mattress cover on it but it would slide sometimes when I was not sleeping and the bed frame had to rest against the wall since it would rock otherwise. Definitely not a luxurious stay but it does the job if you only use it to sleep. It wasn't easy to catch taxis and you had to walk to find them. I never saw the manager. Because I don't live in Korea, I didn't have KaKao and couldn't call to message him. I called the other telephone number many times. but only got a busy signal. I arrived early, after a long flight, but couldn't check in until several hours later. When I returned to check in, my key, with my name attached was on the front desk. Likewise, when I left, I put my key in a basket that anyone one could access. I did see a cleaning lady a couple times when I left. The bathroom/shower room was literally smaller than the toilet on my plane when I flew to Seoul. The toilet seat was poorly attached and I had to adjust it when I used it. The WiFi was excellent and the TV was fine but no English news channels like CNN or BBC. Even though the location was poor for my needs, there were many restaurants and coffee shops in the area. It's on an alley and a little difficult to find but that's more of a problem for the taxis. Some were reticent to go down the alley to the entrance. I don't want to say it was a bad experience but I've stayed in better for less. To be fair, though, not in Seoul.
