I stayed for 6 nights. They forgot filling towels one day. They do not have an umbrella rental service. "Do not disturb" sign might not work - Although I pushed that button for one night, the next morning a housekeeper opened the door. The location is good and cleanness is satisfactory.

NOT worth the money.
The place is old and run down. They should not call it a hotel. The carpets were extremely filthy and smelly. My room that I was given initially smelled mouldy I went to reception and they gave me another room that did not smell any better. I was tired and just stayed because it was late and I did not want to make a fuss. NOT worth the money at all. The bath tub was dirty and not cleaned properly. And the bathroom smelled like piss. There are way better places in seoul for cheaper and better quality.

Very old and needs renovation
Where do I start? This hotel is good for being in a not so busy area in the busy gangnam district. And that is all I have to say. The hotel is very old and run down. In my opinion, it does not meet the standards of what a Ramada hotel should be! The only good thing aside from the location is the MEN's sauna, yes I said mens because apparrently the Women's sauna is very disappointing. If you are a walk-in customer, they charge almost USD 300 a night. If you are planning to stay be sure to use Hotels.com!

Poorly maintained hotel in convenient location
Hotel is located right outside the exit of a subway line, allowing you to quickly access many tourists attractions. The lobby looks grand and gave an initial positive impression. However, the room was dated, poorly maintained, and dirty. Carpets were old with numerous stains. Bathroom had no ventilation system and the ceiling was covered in mould of which the hotel tried to "fix" by just painting over it. The shower curtain had the yellow mildew stain. And when we requested the bed sheets to be changed once during our 7-night stay by placing the "earth friendly" card on the bed, they were not. Housekeeping staff are noisy in the morning so no chance to sleep in if you wanted to. They also don't refresh your teas/coffees or replace your used coffee cups. Not the standard I have experienced with other Wyndham Reward hotels. Booked through Hotels.com as it was cheaper than through my rewards program. If you can afford it, pay more and stay elsewhere.

Should advertise that there is a bus shuttle from terminal 1 directly to the hotel .Very convenient for international travelers.Proximity to subway a plus although it takes some 40 or plus minutes to commute to the tourist attractions in city center. Apparently English is not a dominant language here , losing ground to Chinese. All in all, a pleasant stay

When we checked in they didn't even have our reservation on their system. It took a while for them to find it. The hotel is quite old and not kept up. Hall way was full of dust and the room itself was pretty dirty. I don't think they even vacuum the floor. The air vent was filled with mold. Once we got into the room a big mirror on the wall fell down near my wife almost hitting her. The key card lost the information and needed to ask to get a new one three times. Only positive about the hotel is the location. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Pillow & bed are totally bad. It feel like more than 20 years using it without change. When sleeping on it, it lost the balancing and u will fall out from bed at anytime. I booked 2 nights there and I hardly can sleep... I booked the room with the spa facility, the spa was good

The employee at the front desk tries to talk back instead of listening to your request. Black mold on shower curtains. Water stain around fire hydrant. Would be better if they could keep their stuff together before they try to preach to a customer.

The one thing that ruins this place for me is that it's not clean. When I arrived - late in the afternoon and well past the 2pm check-in time - the carpets in my room had not been vacuumed and the bathroom had been superficially cleaned but there was built-up black dirt around the lid of the toilet cistern. At least the beds hadn't been obviously slept in. I don't think. I was too tired to protest at the time, and to be fair I put the "please make up the room" sign on and came back to a somewhat cleaner room the next day. But this is still kind of disgusting and I don't want to think about what was left undone that I didn't look too closely at. Even the crummiest most basic hotel I've ever been to has at least been clean. I've NEVER arrived to a dirty room before, anywhere, ever. Other reviews stating that the lights are flaky, the staff don't pick up the phone, and random appliances and fixtures don't work - they're all true. And yes, the furniture is old and worn. But to me, the dirtiness is the dealbreaker that breaks all deals. I will not be staying there again. Gross.

The OLD Ramada Seoul
The hotel is very old. The only good thing about this hotel is the sauna/spa which was renovated, but the actual hotel itself needs renovation. Room furniture is almost falling apart, beds are extremely overused, staff can only speak very low level English. But the neighborhood is quiet but walking distance to the nearest commercial area.

This is not a hotel. It is just no star motel. Carpet has mold and very smelly moreover the bad size is way too small like a baby bad. I travel many different cities among my experiences this is worst hotel ever. The best worst is the 2 receptionist these 2 girls were very unfriendly when I ask something. This is my biggest mistake to choose this hotel.

This is the second time I stayed there this month. The TV didn’t work again, the electricity outlets didn’t work, the bed is the most uncomfortable I have ever stayed in, I arrived at 1:30 and the staff just told me I could not check in until 2 o’clock without even looking at me even when I showed my surprise, the bed was very uncomfortable it was difficult to sleep and last time all my souvenirs were taken or thrown away from my room and and and...... Terrible!!

Good stay!
The hotel was right next to the subway station which was a big plus. Lots of coffee shops were nearby as well. Facilities could be improved.

Nice hotel
Overall was happy with my stay here as the check-in process was quick and they even honored my request for a higher floor and street view. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are are spacious and clean. The hotel seem a little dated but maintained, and wi-fi was super fast. Although the hotel is right next to the Seonjeongneung station, it is a little far from Gangnum shopping street (About 4 or 5 blocks away). I would have preferred to stay right in the middle of the action. However, if you like to be away from the noise and crowds, this hotel may be perfect for you.

The room is DIRTY and the toilet as well!!! we asked them to clean it, which they do the following day. Every corner is dusty! ... the good thing about this hotel it is near the train station, its very convenient at all!
