Self-checking in to the hotel was easy with no problems (clear instruction for late-check in) They are also able to store your luggage for free after check out. Good Exercise after back from Myeongdong shopping. Nice view from the rooftop. The staff are friendly and helpful, special thanks to Song Ho. As a family travel, we've booked two rooms. However, we had to be crowded in one room for the first night because there were a lot of bugs and insects over the beds in one room. Outside office hours, there were no one to get hold of.
