Hotel is super posh and the room's functions are very modern (e.g., sensor technology). View is great as we got upgraded to mountain view unknowingly. Only improvement I can think of is having someone open the door at the lobby as our hands were really full all the time from shopping and have to resort to opening the door with our body.

Lotte executive tower is by far one of the best hotel experience I had in Seoul Korea. The location is great, pretty much walking distances to shopping (it is connected to Lotte department store), surrounding eye sight areas, and neighboring places. The level of the services at this hotel was simply amazing. Everyone that worked there were nice and helpful. The room was in great condition. I stayed at grand deluxe double room with 1 king bed. It was spacious and clean.
