Points faibles : État et installations de l’hébergement #### 冬天舒適(暖氣足、熱水足)的房間，但與預期有落差之房間 當時是冬天時入住。 入住時看房時才發現跟原本預定的塌塌米房型不同，因為想說行程上都有安排好，選擇的旅館應該不需要有中文的服務也可以，但服務人員英文能力也沒很高所以用了一段時間才搞清楚跟預定的房型不同，但最終服務人員以已無此房型告知，都已經到異鄉了總不能因為預訂不同就不要，服務人員也是說有床的有電熱毯會比較舒適，所以我們可以接受，但是當初是因為知道房型小所以希望早上起床收起床墊可以有大一點空間才選擇，到退房那天發現隔壁間是塌塌米的房型，有電暖器跟地熱所以如果真的能夠選擇還是希望是原本預定地塌塌米房型。在房間舒適度上算是很高，因為冬天很冷一回到房間開電暖器就會非常溫暖，熱水也不會不夠，電燈壞掉告知後有立即過來維修。有冰箱、電視都很方便。 但是洗衣服務卻讓我非常失望，一個禮拜的旅程為了減輕行囊的負擔，決定找可以洗衣的旅館，但到旅館才發現洗衣服務是早上9點到晚上8點，完完全全卡到我們預計的行程，最終以手洗的方式解決衣物，行程回來已經很累還要手洗真的覺得非常不悅，覺得網頁上應先行告知，旅館樓上可供曬衣，如果怕沒乾可放置一些至房間開暖氣時也可順便烘乾！ 早餐的服務覺得不錯，可以吃飽出門就可以省下一餐的時間，畢竟旅程短，時間能把握就盡量把握！離地鐵站也不會說太遠，如果行李太重可以選擇找電梯搭，不然樓梯真的太長，一開始不知道爬上來真的超累！ 希望這次的經驗心得可以幫助到正在選擇的旅客，大家可以評估過後選擇也是增加自己旅途的便利！ ##### theodore ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Rozan, Rotterdam 17 août 2016 #### centraal gelegen Het hotel ligt centraal, zeer dicht bij een metro opstap plaats, Het is een prettige buurt, veilig en rustig. Veel eet gelegenheden rondom het hotel. Supermarktjes en shoppings malls. Het is een kleinschalig hotel, voelt aan als een familie hotel. Er is een kleine keuken waar je als gast gebruik kunt maken van een wasmachine en dat is erg prettig gezien het warme klimaat.
