First Time Traveler
This was my first time getting on an airplane and going to a hotel ever. At age 20 it's pretty obvious I'm the average American student with a college hoodie and jeans, however, that never stopped any of the staff from being as professional with me as with any other international businessman. I felt so welcomed especially while being in other side of the world, as one of the Americans staying at the hotel English there was actually spoken very well there and all my questions or issues were immediately taken care of. The hotel has great Japanese and Chinese restaurants with amazing decor and architecture and food is definitely a 4 - Star: Vibrant, Colorful, Fresh, Great taste. The only minor downsides were the some linens having a few cuts in the sheets and a few nicks and dings on some doors and the coffee table, not completely noticeable but after spending a week there I eventually found them. Amenities were great especially being apart of Club Imperial use get complimentary use of the Club Imperial Lounge which included free daily breakfast buffet style and 6-9pm Happy Hour and a ton of other perks, very nice for the price I spent.
