Weak wifi signal at corner room. Water temperature goes up and down without adjusting. No USB port and the electrical port area near kettle is rusty/dirty. There is a small crowd during my check in and i can see that one of the male staff is getting impatient.

This hotel is centered around shopping areas and restaurants. The bus stop is so Close and the hotel is modern and cozy and very clean. Staff are friendly helpful And our room is always so Clean.

Disappointing and Unpleasant Stay
Pros: -Location is easily accessible via the train station -Near to Lotte Dept store Cons: -Touristy area therefore everything is much more expensive -Hotel staff was not friendly -the other room was provided with the necessities such as a toothbrush etc. I requested for toothbrush and the staff said they do not provide but my other room has one. -The bedsheet was stained and carpet was super dirty and the room was dusty -The room light was so dim that makes me feel like a haunted room We arrived at the hotel so late almost 11.30 pm so it does not make sense that they do not have enough time to make up the room for the next guest. 4-star grading was too high perhaps a 3-star makes sense.

ibis Ambassador Hotel Was Great!
The ibis Ambassador hotel in Seoul was a pleasant stay. The views of the city were nice and the location was extremely nice. Since it was in the middle of the city, it was easy to walk to nearby things to see, do, and eat! Price was a bit high, but it was enjoyable nonetheless!

Cons: First: I thought there will be red ibis pillow in the room but there’s not. Second: No amenities in the room Third: Room is not clean properly, when we enter we can see tissues on the floor Fourth: The air conditioner is not working, even though is winter, but is so hot in the room despite having window open because is centralised aircon and we cannot adjust anything! Pros: First: Location is perfect Second: There is actually a hot bath! Is not exactly a cheap hotel. I have stayed at the hotel beside it last time at cheaper price and way better. If I have to recommend I would not recommend ibis unless you’re on bag pack trip or budget trip. If you’re here to relax and enjoy yourself, please book the hotel next to ibis, everything is so much better.

We had a wonderful experience staying at IBIS. Visiting Seoul for the first time. Location was great!! - train station, underground shopping, night market were within a walkable distance. I will definitely stay here again.

GREAT LOCATION, SERVICE & BREAKFAST INCLUDED
This was our first visit to Seoul for my husband and I, our overall impression was a great experience. The location of this hotel was very convenient with bus lines directly at the hotel door and taxis within minutes away. Our reservation included daily breakfast service which we extremely appreciated since most eateries do not open til 10am-11am. Breakfast was perfect as it met our needs which included essentials such as rice, eggs, sausage, hamburger patty and also sides as toast, cereal, yogurt, vegetable dishes including kimchi. The room size was enough for the both of us not feeling cramped however bedding was a bit too firm for our backs, would recommend hotel consider pillow tops for the bedding. As for the staff, a few spoke English and were always pleasant and helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again at our next visit. Thank you ibis Ambassador staff for making our vacation a memorable one!

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The facilities are very average. The gym is quite terrible. No water is available in the gym. Toiletries missing. Safe missing. Poor value in my opinion.

Comfortable Hotel. Good spot for markets, shopping and eating. Close to bus and train stops. Close to Seoul Tower. Bit difficult to find as tucked away off main Street. Enjoyed our stay.

Very central, clean and friendly hotel.
Hotel is dead central anf very easy to get to and navigate from. It is also a stop on the airport bus route which is really convenient. Room was clean and functional. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and spoke perfect English.

Great place to stay in Seoul
This is my second time staying in this hotel. Love the spacious and clean room. Transport to and from hotel is convenient as well as to other parts of Seoul. Myeongdong shopping and street food is just next to the hotel.

７月に５泊しましたが、イビスアンバサダーに泊まって正解でした。 ホテル前に6015便の空港バスが停まり、乙支路入り口の駅へは歩いて3分くらい。ホテル階下にはコンビニやオリーブヤングがあります。明洞には歩いていけるし、とにかく利便性抜群でした。 客室もスーツケースが広げれるほど、そこそこ広く、冷房もよくきいています。シャワーもシンクと一体でなく、ガラスのドアがあり独立しているのもプラス。また毎日お水を2本貰えるのもよかった。沢山歩いた体に大浴場が時間制で使えるのも助かりました。 是非また泊まりたいです！
