Location is great, nearby MRT and just 4mins away from the Airport shuttle stop. Lots of restaurant just behind the street. Free coffee/tea station and the water machine at lobby is a plus. Ramen supper was good, breakfast is one of the best we have so far. The only complaint is, room is quite small, soundproofing was bad, mattress and pillows are not fine, said we can change the pillows of your desire firmness but they weren’t available. End up this is the only night we didn’t sleep good for our trip. Overall experience was ok.

The main reason for staying here was the spa, which turned out to be closed from 9am in the morning until 3pm in the afternoon for cleaning. So for most of the daytime. So although it was nice, I could not use it very often. The rooms are extremely small and claustrophobic.

Amazing amenities. Even though the room was small it was perfect for what I needed. Breakfast was great. The sauna was relaxing and more like an onsen (bathing area). There is a coin laundry which is super convenient. In the room there was a fabric deoderizer spray which is super important after going out for Korean BBQ. It was a very short walk to exit 8 at Sinsa station which is also conveniently near a bunch of bus stops so getting around is easy. The hotel also has a complementary shuttle to a shopping area a few times a day, I never took advantage of it but it seemed really nice. They also had free late night noodles from 9:30 to 11. Whenever I asked for help or recommendations the staff was very nice and helped the best that they could. I had a wonderful time and would happily stay at this property again.

Good location, much easier accessible than the one in Gangnam. My second time to stay in this hotel, and numerous times in these chained-hotel, I always come back because of the the spa and amazing breakfast .

I sent a request prior to check in but hotel staff refused to help arranging delivery of luggage to another hotel. Actually, it’s on the list of Safex so it could be arranged if the staff is willing to. Do not think I will stay with this hotel again.

My top pick
Easily one of the best places I've stayed in during my travels. The rooms are small, but it's not like I went all the way to Korea to lounge around in my room most of the time. But outside of the room sizes, every amenity is spot on, especially the legendary breakfast buffet.

Upside Down Map But Nobody Cared
The service was especially good almost all the way through. Unfortunately their map for the airport bus has the English printed upside down, so it set me off in the wrong direction. I returned to the hotel after some painstaking searching & they directed me the other way. The map lists two landmarks to identify the bus stop - I didn't see either of them! Staff should think a little deeper when a problem like this arises & try to solve the problem! I'm sure it's not the first time this has happened. I'm lucky I left well before my flight or I might have missed it!

A great location
This hotel is close to the subway and centrally located. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and I really liked how the staff treated everyone. My only complaint (and it is minor) is that you have to go to the lobby to get items that you need (like an iron and ironing board) which seems unusual. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping options right behind the place.

Love the breakfast so much Despite staying here for almost a month, the breakfast didn’t make me bored due to its variety. Staff services in restaurant and front desk also very helpful and smiley. Love the free laundry machine as well. I will definitely be back again soon.

The breakfast was really nice, I didn't miss any in the two weeks we stayed there. Nice enough location, close to the train station. I like the washing machine and dryer in the womens' spa. The staff are very friendly.

The staff was pleasant enough, but for the price you would expect things like room service, and someone to help with your bags or help booking a taxi since they didnt have a hotel car at all. I was there for 8 days and everyday there was a new reason to be disappointed.
