My room was cleaned and the bed made only one day. I was out if the room the other days too, but they never came to clean. As it is a smart hotel, you bring food and drinks in, so cleaning is even more important. They turned off the lights the last 10 mins before checkout. So I had to brush my teeth and pack in darkness, which I thought was very rude. Even though there was no one there to help us check in, there was still a telephone there for immediate help and questions. The air condition isn’t what we were used to but it wasn’t horrible.
