When one of our member arrived. They said we have no reservation. But received message thru hotel.com platform that the reservation was confirmed and we given instruction how to check in. At first, they tried to move us to another hotel. Then on the first day they gave us a room. but we were separate into 2 rooms. Never met the owner during my whole stay. But my brother in law was able to get in touch thru text. Bed is too hard. Pillow too soft. Room very small, but expected beforehand. Too bad, because of the checkin experience give me a bad impression. ##### Samuel Stayed 7 nights in Jan 2023 ### 4/10 Poor #### zzu Mar 9, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Room comfort #### 작지만 깔끔함 방은 깨끗하고 깔끔하나 세면대가 많이 작아 씻는데 다소 불편했으며 초저녁 난방이 너무 잘됐지만 새벽에는 난방이 안됐는지 너무 추웠고 이불은 얇은 이불이어서 새벽내내 추위에 떨었고 난방조절 장치가 방에 따로 없는듯 함. 주인은 아침 9시쯤 출근하는것 같음. 보증금이 있어 일찍 나가야 하는경우 미리 시간 조율을 해야 할것 같음. 미리 메일 확인을 못해 간판이 없어 20분정도 해맸음. 간판이 없을거라고는 상상도 못했음. 건물을 통째로 쓰는 호텔이 아니라 4층에 있는 숙박업소임. 지도상 안동찜닭 건물 4층임. 이후 생긴지 얼마 안된 곳이라고 하니 이후 개선될 업소일거라고 생각은 함. Rooms are clean and tidy, but a lot of sitting on the sink was a little uncomfortable for washing.
