We stayed at the Lotte Seoul Hotel for 5 nights and had an incredible experience. The hotel is located within walking distance from the Myeongdong shopping district, Seoul Plaza, Gyeonbokgung Palace, and Namsan Tower. All of the hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel has very nice and clean amenities. Our favorite part of the hotel was actually the shopping mall (arcade) down the escalator from the lobby where there was an entire food court with delicious vendors and a full-service supermarket! Overall, I would highly highly rate this hotel and recommend anyone coming to Seoul to stay here. Other options that we looked at were the Grand Hyatt (nice, but not as centrally located) and the Lotte City Hotel (also nice affordable option for business travel), but the Lotte Seoul Hotel was everything we hoped for an more from our holiday stay. ~ 09.18.24

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Great location and very close to Myeongdong Street, Lotte Department store and Duty Free. Topnotch service and the breakfast buffet was amazing!

Amazing hotel and very convenient location.. close to metro and bus stations, also we can go to the airport with the limousine bus just outside the hotel Myedong-dong just 1 block away and they have their own duty free shopping mall. Thank you for an amazing experience in Seoul, eager to come back.
