There are good things and not-so-good things about staying at Somerset. They absolutely REFUSE to let anyone check in any earlier than 3:00pm. That's sad. Even some of the most expensive hotels in Seoul will allow you to check in earlier if there are rooms available. So, you can imagine HOW LONG you have to wait in line to check in because of this policy. The swimming pool at times, has 1 or more lifeguard. Sometimes I'd see 0. Sometimes I'd see them on their phones. It's crowded, so your kids can't really have any fun. The rooms are big and spacious. You have to wash the dishes if you use them, and you have to take out all the trash before you leave, or you will be charged. Their housekeeping won't do it, which I find strange.
