Welcome to the secret garden! This charming home in Senoia is surrounded by nature on a large wooded private lot offering exceptional privacy along with convenience to downtown Senoia, Peachtree City and Newnan. This wonderful property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, perfect for a group of guests. Everyone will have their own space with the master on the main level with a huge walk-in closet and 3 bedrooms upstairs including a Jack and Jill bathroom. Relax on the screened in back porch watching the deer and taking in the beautiful view or watching the patio TV while grilling out. We have a fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, stainless steel high quality pots and pans and more for entertaining your family. Put your feet up and relax on the reclining sectional sofa and enjoy the new 70in living room TV. There are 7 total TV's including the living room, all bedrooms, patio and extra sitting area off of the kitchen. This spacious custom built home is a quiet retreat that is sure to please. It is truly a rare combination of seclusion, space and convenience. Come enjoy the peace and quiet with all of the luxuries of home. We would love to have you!

Be aware there are security cameras only on the outside of the property for your safety. They monitor the parking areas and entry doors but will not interfere with your privacy. Please understand their purpose it to ensure safety of the property and guests.  
  
We have a very strict no pet policy. This includes service animals. We have severe allergies in the family that would prevent this individual from being able to be in the home. The home has been professionally cleaned and cleared. Please honor this policy.  
  
No parties or event gatherings. There is a 10 person limit at all times. This includes the daytime, not only nighttime guests. Prior approval needed over 10. The home sleeps 8 comfortably in beds and there is 1 twin futon off of the kitchen in a living space. You're welcome to bring an airbed if you want to adjust sleeping spaces for kids or any reason.  
  
Be aware:  
There are stairs at the entrances. Not wheelchair accessible. Staircases are inside to the second level. There is no railing on the front entrance porch at the steps and along the sitting area if you may need it for the elderly or children. Stairs and low windows in bedrooms should be considered if you have children or infants. Keep the windows closed at all times. The home is not child proofed.  
There is an unfinished basement used just for storage that is not part of the rental.
