The Single-family house "Stanka (SNJ218)" is a three-story vacation rental situated in Senj, Croatia. It offers a spacious property of 600 m2 with trees, a barbecue area, internet access, and a shared washing machine. The property features a yard and parking for two cars on the premises. Conveniently located, it is just 150 meters from the center of Sveti Juraj and 100 meters from the sea and a pebble beach.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a fenced 600 m2 outdoor area adorned with trees, providing ample space for relaxation and recreation. A barbecue area is available, allowing you to enjoy alfresco dining and memorable outdoor gatherings.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that the owner resides on the same property, ensuring your privacy while providing assistance if needed. The unit consists of two apartments rented as one combined unit. The property can be accessed via a stepped path with 20 steps leading to the house.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
Situated in a prime location, the property is just 8 km from the center of Senj, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. It is also conveniently located 31 km from the center of Novi Vinodolski and just 100 meters from a pebble beach. For those interested in water activities, a marina is located 8 km away. Nearby, you'll find a shop within 150 meters, catering to your daily needs.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in an 8-room house that spans over 170 square meters and is spread across three levels. The living/dining room on the ground floor features satellite TV and air conditioning, with access to the terrace. One room on this level has one bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, and another double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm by 200 cm. There is also a room with a French bed measuring 150 cm by 200 cm. The kitchen on this level is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on this floor. On the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, there is another living/dining room with satellite TV. One room on this floor has 2 beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, with a shower/WC. There are two additional rooms, each with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, as well as a shower/WC and air conditioning. These rooms have access to a balcony. There is also an open kitchen on this floor, with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a dining table. Another shower/WC is present on this level. The second upper floor, accessible by a steep stair, has one room with sloping ceilings, a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a separate WC, and air conditioning. However, there is no heating option on this floor.

Your vacation rental comes equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. You will have access to air conditioning, washing machines, barbecue facilities, dishwashers, and satellite TV. Additionally, the property allows pets, and there is a microwave and television available for your convenience. The maximum capacity of the rental is 13 people, with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms at your disposal.

The property features 4 balconies measuring 5 square meters each, and a 15 square meter terrace. Outdoor furniture such as terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and deck chairs are provided for your enjoyment. You will also have the privilege of enjoying a view of the sea from the rental.
