Die Lage ist sehr schön und der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man so braucht. Der Strand ist sauber und man findet immer ausreichend Platz. Wir hatten Pech, und konnten nur 3 Tage von 1 Tagen ins Meer gehen. Und das Anfang Juli. Das Haus ist schön und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Doch man muss täglich das Auto nutzen. Dort gibt es ein überteuertes Bistro an der Bucht, aber das wars auch schon. Kein Bäcker, nichts. Die Lage hat uns doch sehr enttäuscht. Also wir werden nicht wiederkommen, obwohl Alan als Gastgeber gut war. Häuser sind sehr hellhörig, am besten Sie buchen eine Wohnung oberhalb. Nicht Erdgeschoss. ##### Nils R. Wir wohnten 2 Wochen im Haus Niko (Sorbe 1\. Etage). Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, jeweils mit Bad und Balkon - dies war perfekt für uns. Alles war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ausreichend. Wenn wir was brauchten, hat unser Vermieter Alan uns immer gern geholfen. Alan ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vermieter und spricht gut deutsch. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder für zwei Wochen in der selben Wohnung gebucht und freuen uns auf einen weiteren schönen Urlaub in Bunica am herrlichen Meer mit glasklarem Wasser! ##### Thomas D. Sep 4, 2017 #### Herrlicher Urlaub bei Freunden Wir (2Erw.,2 Ki.(15) ,1 Hund) waren im August 2017 für 10 Tage zu Gast im Haus Niko (App 1, EG). Das Appartment 1 ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über 1 kl. Bad mit Dusche, Flurbereich mit kl. Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 5 Betten und eine Terrasse im hinteren und im vorderen Bereich. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Gas zum Grillen sind im Preis inbegriffen (auf Wusch Brötchenservice gegen kl. Gebühr). Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und über die ganze Zeit hervorragend betreut. Die Besitzer legen Wert auf eine ruhige Atmosphäre und deshalb gibt es auch keine herumgrölenden Leute. Das Haus Niko liegt direkt an einer kleinen Bucht, wo man auch ein Restaurant, Grill und kl. Bar findet. Dazu gehört ein kleiner Campingplatz mit ca. 20 Stellplätzen. Unserer Meinung nach ist dies einer der schönsten Buchten in der Gegend und absolut nicht überlaufen. Es war wieder mal PERFEKT. Die Leute, das Wetter und die Wohnung. Großzügige Ferienwohnung und dazu INKLUSIV noch Große Terrasse mit „ Chill Ecke“ und Grill Platz. Privater Strand vor der Tür. Aug 29, 2016 #### Erholsamer Urlaub direkt am Meer Wir waren zu viert für 2 Wochen im Haus Niko und waren von unserer Wohnung A3 mit großer Terrasse im Erdgeschoss sowie von der traumhaften Bucht, die nur wenige Meter entfernt liegt, restlos begeistert. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gepflegt und entsprach genau den Bildern auf der Homepage. Der Strand war nicht überlaufen und man fand immer einen freien Platz. Die Vermietern waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld und die Buchung liefen reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Stadt Senj liegt nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt und bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und jede Menge Restaurants und Eisdielen. Unser Favorit war das Stari Grad. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis war der Sommerkarneval in Senj. Ausflüge entlang der Küste, etwa nach Novi Vinodolski und Crikvenica, ins Hinterland sowie zu den Plitvicer Seen rundeten den Urlaub ab. Letztes war jedoch sehr überlaufen, aber dennoch sehenswert. Wir können Haus Niko nur empfehlen und werden wohl selbst auch wieder kommen. Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub sucht ist hier genau richtig. Danke nochmal an Alan und seine Familie für den tollen Urlaub! ##### Clemens M. Aug 15, 2016 #### Erholsamer Urlaub in idyllischer Bucht Urlaub weit ab vom Massentourismus und doch eine zentrale Lage....das wollten wir und das hatten wir im Haus Niko....die nett eingerichtete Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Die beiden kleinen Buchten direkt am Ferienhaus sind optimal für einen ruhigen Urlaub.....man sollte einen Sonnenschirm dabei haben denn dort ist leider so gut wie kein Schatten . Die Terasse direkt vor der Haustür lädt zum Relaxen ein. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter Alan ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die absolut unkomplizierte Abwicklung ist bemerkenswert. Wir empfehlen das Haus Niko gerne weiter!!! ##### Susanna B. Aug 14, 2016 #### Urlaub auf dem Zeltplatz Eines vornweg: wir waren das erste mal in Kroatien und wollten das Land und die Leute kennenlernen. Das ist uns auch gelungen. Wir fanden den Urlaub insgesamt sehr schön , hatten uns aber unter den (professionellen) Bildern der Ferienwohnung mehr vorgestellt und (für den ambitionierten Preis ) mehr erwartet. Lage: Das Areal ist ein Zeltplatz mit mehreren Häusern, die zum Teil im Erdgeschoss wasch- und Duschräume beinhalten und in den Obergeschossen Ferienwohnungen. Der Zeltplatz liegt unmittelbar an DER Küstenstraße , sodass der Verkehr immer präsent ist. Bunica selbst ist ein kleines Dorf , mit einer vielgepriesenen Kneipe mit mittelmäßigem essen. Bis senj sind es ca. 5 km. Wer das Land kennenlernen möchte und einen zentralen Ausgangspunkt braucht, ist hier richtig. Die kleine Bucht direkt am Meer ist zum Baden wunderbar geeignet. Der Zeltplatz selbst ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Durch die hohen Bäume ist der gesamte Bereich auch schön schattig. Ferienwohnung: Die Bilder suggerieren eine Sehr hochwertige Ferienwohnung. Tatsächlich sind es aber mehrere Wohnungen und NICHT nur im Obergeschoss, mit Balkon und Rattan-Möbeln, sondern , wie unsere Wohnung"Great" im Souterrain, wenig Licht und unmittelbar neben der reception mit Ausschank. Der erste Eindruck war durchaus ernüchternd. Einfache Ausstattung, die beiden betagten Sofas im wohn- Küche mit Abdeckungen aufgehübscht, das Geschirr zusammengewürfelt und nicht sauber. Zudem war das Geschirr für angeblich 5 Personen vollkommen unzureichend. Im Bad hatte der Duschschlauch seine besten Jahre lange hinter sich und Spritze in alle Richtungen. Nach mehrfacher Erinnerung an den Vermieter , wurde dieser gegen einen gebrauchten Schlauch getauscht. Löcher in den Fliesen, einen schimmeligen duschvorhang und eine Lampe , die zum Einzug nicht brannte, rundete das Bild ab. Durch die dunkle Lage der Wohnung, war immer eine erhöhte Feuchtigkeit gegeben, die erst durch permanente Klimaanlage zeitweise zu beheben ging. Wichtig wäre zu wissen , dass der Großteil der professionellen Bilder sich nicht auf die Ferienwohnung Greta bezieht!!! Die Betten waren , trotz der Befürchtungen, ausreichend bequem. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Küche entspricht keinesfalls dem gewohnten Standard für den angebotenen Preis der Wohnung. Dafür hatten wir eine große schöne Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen für uns allein.
