Property Summary  
Emili & Elias is a modern single-family holiday rental house, built in 2022, with two storeys. It offers a private swimming pool (3 x 7 m, available seasonally from March 15 to November 15), an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area. The property also provides Internet WiFi and parking for two cars on the premises.

The property boasts a spacious 300 square meter private area, where you can enjoy the sunny, elevated position, just 100 meters from the sea and the beach. Relax by the seasonal swimming pool, take a refreshing outdoor shower, or fire up the barbecue for alfresco dining.

For your convenience, the house is equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The driveway and parking area are under video surveillance, ensuring added security during your stay. Nearby, you'll find a shop 12 km away, a restaurant 11 km away, and a ferry terminal within 500 meters.

Emili & Elias is conveniently located 17 km from the center of Karlobag and 20 km from the center of Jablanac, in Matijević, Croatia. The property is just 100 meters from the rocky beach, allowing you to easily explore the nearby seaside attractions.

Unit Layout  
The 5-room house has a total area of 150 square meters and is spread across two levels. The living/dining room measures 40 square meters and features satellite TV and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace. One of the rooms is equipped with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), along with satellite TV. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower room with a bidet and WC on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
On the upper floor, you will find three additional bedrooms. The first room has a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to a balcony. The second room offers two beds (80 cm wide and 200 cm long), satellite TV, air conditioning, and a balcony exit. The third room features a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. There is also an additional shower room with a bidet and WC on this level. The house is equipped with forced-air heating, ensuring a comfortable indoor environment throughout your vacation.  
  
Other Information  
The property boasts a balcony of 6 square meters and a terrace spanning 16 square meters, both furnished for your convenience. You can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea from these outdoor spaces. Additional amenities include a safe, mosquito nets, and free WiFi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking house. For entertainment, a PlayStation console is available for your use during your stay.
