Hotel was dirty and just about everything in the room needs repair.Door didn't even close all the way! Stay somewhere else!!

We stayed here because of price. Motel is over 50 years old and it shows. Bed was comfortable. Overall the place was shabby. We were satisfied at the price.

Our room was not clean. Staff were rude when we arrived. I wouldn't stay again. The room smelled gross too.

We just used the room to sleep in and shower and there were dead flies in the bathroom sink, tub and on the floor. It needs updating but the price was good for what we needed. Probably will look for a better place to stay next time but if it was all that is available then I would stay again if the price was lower.

An Unpleasant Stay

My husband and I checked in at around 1am. The night staff man presented to the front desk wearing pajamas rather than looking more appropriate in a uniform or a polo shirt with name of the hotel. He was very unfriendly as if my husband and I were inconveniencing him. Usually we pay for our stay when we check out but the night staff man charged our credit card before staying our 1st night. Our room: 1) looked like it was from the 80s because it was not updated and it smelled whenever entering or leaving it; 2) there was no full roll of toilet paper on the holder and it was never replenished so we had to use the unopened one; 3) there was no alarm clock to set a wake up time, but thankfully my smartphone had one; 4) hard finding the light switch for the bathroom 5) the bathtub did not drain well; and 6) the room was not cleaned when we were out for the day - the bed was not made and the trash was not taken out. We honestly did not leave a tip and we don't plan to come back to this hotel again.

Interesting Hotel next to Hobart William Smith Col

Although I have stayed at this hotel before, this is by far the worst experience. Day 1 Room cleaned - had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper Day 2 Room not cleaned - had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper - bathroom not cleaned Day 3 Room not cleaned - extra blankets that we had to go outside and up to lobby to get in the rain the night before were thrown on the floor with all the leaves and the trash that spilled out of the garbage can. Had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper - bathroom not cleaned again. Day 4 Got back to the room later in the evening same thing again - had to go get more towels and explained everything to the desk clerk. were told it would be fixed tomorrow, explained we were be checking out. Never said sorry for all the inconvenience, or we will comp a night. Nothing......very disappointed in this hotel, but the hotel sits right next to the college campus, so the have a captive customer base.
