"A great house for our family trip. We used one kitchen and living room as our gathering place but appreciated the privacy for everyone to have their own "spaces" to use when they needed down time. For extra seating, we used our own camp chairs in the "main" living room. You don't hear sound between units but in each it's loud to have people walking above you so plan accordingly. "Awesome well kept older country home. We stayed at the Tucker Family Farm for two (2) nights for the GHSA High School Bass Fishing Tournament on Lake Hartwell. It is about 15 minutes from Broyles Boat Ramp, 15 minutes from Lake Hartwell Fishing and Marine Store and about 25 minutes from the Tugaloo State Park Mega Ramp. The cottage has a covered free-standing carport to keep a single boat covered from the weather and two (2) outdoor receptacles (75 foot power cord needed) for charging your boat....

"We stayed there for my son's graduation at Clemson. It was a great location and very nice being on the lake. Well, set up for large groups. Great outdoor space with so much to do with cornhole, firepit, pool table, etc. The dock was so nice and had everything you can imagine the lake life. The bedrooms and small kitchen over the garage was really nice and all updated. The owner was very responsive. And we got an extra surprise by seeing the northern lights while there!"

"This is a charming micro house/cabin. Small but clean and comfy. Loved watching the horses and chilling on the front porch with the farm dogs. Very impressed with the owner who rescues horses and runs a therapeutic riding nonprofit. My only suggestions would be to provide sugar and milk with coffee/tea makings and possibly a hair dryer."
