We constantly update this home and have added many new features and photos. It includes a full 7 bedrooms w/ 7.5 baths, sleeping 22 at the price listed.   
  
Cloudwalker on Lake Keowee is a luxury home where you can enjoy the beauty of the lake in modern style. This newly built, uniquely custom-designed house is built for light and expansive lake views with a one-of-a-kind modern architectural style. Sleep in cozy bedrooms with lofty ceilings, all with en-suite private bathrooms. Cook and dine in the huge great room with a fully equipped kitchen, separate beverage bar, dining table seating 12, kitchen bar seating 6\. Afterward, relax on the couch in front of the 36' glass wall looking out on the lake or get closer to nature on the screened porch with fireplace or sit around the outside fire pit only feet from the water's edge where you have excellent views of the sunset over the water. Six bedrooms feature king beds, and a bunk room with 6 bunks and 2 mobile mattresses perfect for the kids and kids at heart alike. 2 of these king bedrooms are in the included "apartment" above the garage which also includes a separate kitchen and living area with pull out sofa as well as a large deck overlooking the lake. This is great for those who might like to go to bed earlier or stay up later than the rest of the family. Outside features ample parking, 3000SF of synthetic turf, and a putting green all surrounded by beautiful trees and the lake. You will also have access to a dock where you can dock your own (or a rental) boat during your visit.   
  
Want to have a party, event, or small wedding (max 75) while staying with us, please ask for approval and additional cost/details beforehand. Hot Tub cleaning fee ($250) not included & only due if used as most of our guests don't use it. There is a great lake after all ;)  
  
Exterior cameras and noise monitoring systems in use on the exterior of the home for the security of the property, guests, and to ensure no unauthorized parties occur. The property is strictly an animal-free.

Best kept secret on Lake Keowee! Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving week & a Clemson game. It's a great location- easy to get to Clemson and convenient to all grocery stores and restaurants. The house was spacious enough for 16 of us and the kids plus adults loved the games in the garage. Bunk room was perfect for our grandkids! We used the fire pit for smores, hot tub,& kayak. The putting green was a bonus! It is only 20 mins to Sunset Marina to rent a boat which we did one afternoon. Nick was very responsive when we reached out to him about only a few pots & pans for the induction cooktop. The next day an entire set of pots & pans was delivered to our doorstep! We had everything we needed & more for our Thanksgiving feast. Nick is a wonderful host and went above & beyond to accommodate us. Our new favorite spot on Keowee! We hope to all return next year.

No toiletries were provided. Especially in the case of a "premium" VRBO, I found that to be extremely off-putting. The idea that you pay a premium price for this supposedly premium experience and are expected to bring all your own toiletries is kind of crazy, unexpected, and negatively impacted our stay. I was also charged for a hot tub that I never used because it was under maintenance when I was there - I thought it would be a no-brainer to get this fee refunded in light of the circumstances, but the host dug it and fought me on it. They also wanted me to fully commission the hot tub including filling it up and balancing it with chemicals - no thanks. Lastly, look out for rules galore in this house, including where you can apply sunscreen. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for you stay.

Cloudwalker is a perfect home for large family gathering. Our vacation here was one of our very best! The location was convenient and the lake views spectacular from every window. We spent a lot of time on the screen porch and outside. Access to the lake and dock were very easy-no steep hills to walk down or climb back up! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and space at the dock for a rented boat. Our family used the putting green everyday! Nick has thought of everything to make this home comfortable and enjoyable.

If you are looking for an awesome place to gather with family and/or friends, look no further. We gathered to celebrate our grand daughter’s graduation from Clemson. It was the perfect spot. A great space with lots to do and plenty of room to spread out. The younger adults played ping pong and darts. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need with a gorgeous table to enjoy meals together. The views are breath taking from the living area. I personally loved several private seating nooks if you want to get away. I watched the birds from the window each morning. The coffee bar is an added bonus. There were so many special personal touches that made you feel at home. This home is the best I’ve ever rented. Communication was awesome. We hope to go back!

#### Excellent house for large group

Location is great, right on the lake. The house is very well suited to large groups. We had four families with kids ranging from high school through college (Go Tigers!). Plenty of space to spread out. The host was very responsive. We will be renting again for future game weekends.

#### Fall Family Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seneca! My husband and I have 6 sons and we gather together for usually a long weekend every year. We chose Seneca for a new experience and the property was perfect for our crowd. Loved the open kitchen and huge living area. One of our sons is a gourmet cook, so he was able to be part of the family vibes as he prepped the dinner. We will probably be returning next year!!

Pictures in the listing looked amazing but it’s hard to capture how awesome the home, views and location truly are. Cloudwalker was the perfect place for our family vacation and communication with the owner was seamless. We can’t wait to book this property again!

Beautiful home… very very clean. All the accommodations. Would recommend and would stay at the property again. Please pay close attention to disclosure details do ensure you full understand the bounds for capacity and consequences. It created no challenge for us as we reduced our party size to minimum. #### Perfect for a small intimate wedding!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! We booked this place to have a small intimate wedding ceremony with close friends and family and it was perfect! Beautiful view for pictures, multiple options for kids activities like swimming, kayaking, exploring the small island across the water, ping pong, s’mores by the fire or just simply enjoying the view! Each room had its own full bathroom and was very spacious. My husband and I stayed in the apartment which was perfect for getting ready in privacy for the wedding ceremony. The kitchen was fully equipped for hosting dinners and provided every convenience one needs to spend a week away from home. Our guest enjoyed the privacy the house spacious layout offered along with many opportunities to engage in outside or indoor activities. The host was great to work with and we will come back in the future for sure!

#### An Exceptional Lakefront Home

This is the 2nd yr our family of 17 has come to Lake Keowee. This was the families first stay here. My husband and I rented the house for our 9 grandkids and our 3 grown kids and their spouses. Unfortunately my husband and I got COVID and did not get to come - this is the families feedback - a beautiful home - a rec room with pingo pong table and lots of other toys ! All the bedrooms but 1 were just alike with a nice king bed . So no one felt slighted - The 5 boys loved the bunk room with 8 beds . The kitchen opened to the great room which had floor to ceiling windows looking out over the lake . There was a screened porch a putting green the boys loved and all the kids loved the dock and the floating pad - There was a table that fit all 15 for meals ! Nick our contact was very responsive ! I would highly recommend a stay here.
