We spent most of our time at our friends’ home celebrating the 4th of July holiday weekend. Property owner/manager was extremely nice and so was the property. The master bedroom air conditioning was not as cool as the rest of the condo - maybe a vent was closed? Not sure why, but it was not so much so that we felt the need to sleep in one of the other guest rooms. I did not take one star off the cleanliness rating due to the fact that several items we used in the kitchen had to be washed before we could use them. It seems some items were put away dirty, which could have been something a prior renter did as opposed to the property owners.
