Used laundry ( detergent supplied), staff good as I had to change my room on arrival as the water in the toilet cistern kept running so I knew I had to change rooms which the man at reception did with no problem. Value wise excellent as fairly modern, clean etc and half the price of similar standard hotels in Japan in my 4 weeks travel. However walls are very thin. First night I could hear conversation next door but finished by 11pm. Second night, the person came to room and turned tv on loudly until 130am. I knocked on the door but person either couldn't hear it or refused to open. Luckily I have noise cancelling headphones as earplugs no good. Also I did pay 1100y for the breakfast buffet once but very poor for western taste except for the croissants.
