"This property offers a tranquil get away from the city of Bolzano. Its natural landscape and hand worked orchards is breathtaking. Although it was winter, we had the opportunity to enjoy previously harvested and well stored apples. Joseph, Annie and their family were very warm and welcoming. They offered us a glimpse of their culture and lifestyle which to us, is always a treasurable experience."

"This was a once in a lifetime experience. We were surrounded by beauty-inside and out. It is a gorgeous house- felt like an architect's dream house- with giant windows that looked out upon apple orchards, terraced gardens, mountains, blue sky and surrounded by gardens. "This is a wonderful property with so many great amenities. We were in town for a wedding so it was a quick trip and we were away most of the evening. Would have loved to have more time to stay. "Castel Rundegg is an old fashioned hotel in the very best sense. It is a beautiful building in a most beautiful town, with comfortable public areas and spacious well appointed bedrooms. Those who are looking for discos and fast food options might choose elsewhere, but it does offer superb cuisine, stunning gardens and an old world elegance. It also boasts extensive pool, sauna and spa treatments. We look forward to returning there."
