Cozy villa surrounded by olive trees
Stone building of 1878, recently renovated "The Shack" is a lovely house in olive trees comprising two double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, as un'arredata kitchen and a large garden. Great place to live in quite and relaxing holiday. Just 5 km you reach the Terme di Saturnia for a relaxing dip in the warm waters rich in natural properties. You can reach in 20 minutes the City Tuff (Sovana, Sorano and Pitigliano) rich in Etruscan civilization. Not far from Mount Amiata, where winter with its ski slopes and summer with its salubrious area make it a very attractive place to visit. A 45 km to reach the Monte Argentario with its beautiful beaches. Tourists free choice of his vacation to return to his work more relaxed and with a memory of being carried along with it.

Super schöne Unterkunft
Wer die Einsamkeit sucht, wird sie in dieser Unterkunft finden. Wir waren zu zweit vor Ort und haben die ruhige Lage richtig genossen. Befürchtungen, dass wir es mit diversen Tieren im Haus zu tun bekommen würden, hatten sich nicht bewahrheitet - es gibt ausreichend Fliegengitter. Auch am Haus gab es nur ab und zu vereinzelte Eidechsen. Die Schlafzimmer und die Küche sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Tor zum Grundstück ist elektronisch verschließbar. Die bekannten Schwefelquellen sind um die Ecke, der nächste Ort ist Saturnia. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass das Meer ca. 1h entfernt ist. Es gibt auch keinen großen Supermarkt in der Nähe, nur kleine Tante Emma Läden. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist okay, es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super, jedoch sind Übersetzer-Apps hilfreich.
Insgesamt waren wir von der Unterkunft positiv überrascht und würden sie auch Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfehlen.

Die Unter kunft war sehr sauber ,,gute Kommunikation,, ruhige und entspannte Gegend ,, leider wenig Möglichkeiten zu Essen oder gute Lebensmittel zu kaufen ,, besonders die konnte mein Navi nicht finden

Midden in de Maremma.
Wat een mooie traditioneel gebouwde cottage. Midden tussen de olijfbomen. Wel aan een doorgaande weg. Wij konden het moeilijk vinden omdat we volgens de aanwijzing moesten zoeken naar een Podera. Dat bleek niet correct. Onze communicatie verliep via de vertaal machine van Google. Wat goed ging.
Het huis vonden wij sober ingericht.

Lage und Möglichkeiten
Wie immer ist diese Bewertung subjektiv zu betrachten. Denn ich gehe davon aus, dass diese Lokalität bewusst ausgesucht und gebucht wird, weil sie nicht direkt am Urlauberstrom liegt. Dies war jedenfalls unsere Intension. Du bist allein im Olivenhain, ohne Nachbarn. Denn die Häuser sind weit auseinander. Beim Frühstück kann es sein, dass Du Rehe beobachten kannst, die im Olivenhain am Grasen sind. Abends kann es sein, dass die Wildschweine in etwa 40 Metern das Grundstück kreuzen. Denn die zusammenhängenden Olivenhaine sind natürlicher Lebensraum. Grillen und Eidechsen eingschlossen. Natur pur...wenn Dir dies liegt, dann auf gehts. An der Wohnsituation gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Ein gelungener Ausbau wird Dich erwarten. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Vermieterin ist sehr angenehm. Spricht jedoch nur italienisch und sehr wenig Englisch.
Saturnia, bekannt durch die Quellen. Es hat eine Therme, die mit Eintritt versehen ist und dementsprechend ausgebaut ist. Eine tolle Sache, wenn man dies mag. Ebenfalls eine, die frei ist für alle. Das warme Wasser fliesst über Kaskaden ab. Diese sind wie natürliche Badewannen. Diese Möglichkeit wird auch sehr rege besucht. Also, auch hier - kann man machen, muss aber nicht. Wir waren auch dort - zu empfehlen sehr spät am Abend, es hat immer noch genug Besucher, doch der Sternenhimmel - eine Freude für die Augen. Das warme Wasser dazu und es ist auch Entspannung möglich.
Des Weiteren sind diverse Ausflüge in die nahe Umgebung in Eigenregie möglich. Von Wandern, mit dem Rad für geübte wegen der Berge. Alles ist in relativer Entfernung, mit dem Auto ist es aber kein Thema. Ist ja eh dabei. See Bolsano ist eine Reise wert und das Meer sowie der Park Toscana an der Küste nach Norden. Die Einfahrt mit dem Auto ist beschränkt in den Park. Hier ist dann Laufen angesagt oder auch Fahrrad, lohnt sich aber. Die Fahrt von Saturnia bis ans Meer etwa 45 Minuten bis Albinia. Dann hasst die erste Station schon erreicht. An der Halbinsel der Ort Ortobello ist ein Besuch wert.
Also viel Spass in der Ecke der Toscana. Halte Dich nicht zurück, die Umgebung zu erkunden.
Mit dem Zug nach Rom ist auch als Tagesausflug möglich, da von Albinia eine gute Verbindung besteht. Eine Fahrt von 2 Stunden bis Termini und Du bist mitten drin.
Wenn Du gewohnt bist, mit eigenen Gedanken und Ideen den Tag zu gestalten, dann los geht's.

Excellent séjour
Superbe maison au milieu des oliviers, certains oliviers ont plus de 2 siècles.
La maison est au calme, très confortable et très propre.
La literie est très confortable.
La maison se situe à 5 mn des termes de Saturnia.
Les propriétaires sont d’une très grande gentillesse. Ils nous ont offert de l’huile d’olive à notre arrivée. Et vu la qualité, nous leur en avons acheté au moment du départ.
A refaire sans hésiter mais pour une période plus longue, la région mérite qu’on y passe du temps.

Una vacanza con i FIOCCHI a casa della Sig.ra Patrizia, puro relax in un ambiente pulito e immerso nel verde con Ulivi centenari. Il posto è ubicato in una posizione strategica per vedere tutti i paesini vicini Saturnia.
