The two-story villa offers four cozy bedrooms, featuring an open concept with outdoor dining and living spaces. Unwind and relax from the comforts of the gazebo and sunbeds, or enjoy your private infinity-edge pool. Whether hosting a family dinner or enjoying cocktails with friends, the tropical outdoor kitchen is well-equipped for any event. Wash away the day's heat in the comforts of the spa-style bathrooms' jacuzzi and rain showers. The immersive tranquil spaces throughout the property provide the perfect opportunity to enjoy everything a tropical villa has to offer.

We offer convenient transport services with a fleet of available cars and experienced local drivers. We’re more than happy to assist you with renting your scooter, motorbike, or car. Take the stress out of holiday travel; getting around was never so easy.

In addition, the villa has a speedy fiber-optics WiFi connection, Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and is only 7 minutes walk from the beach and the local restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife.

We just spent 10 days at Villa London and we can safely say we will be back. Pool was nice and clean, our house keeper was so lovely and worked really hard. Our stay went smoothly. We had a problem with the AC for one night but we messaged and within 45 minutes we had 3 guys at the villa fixing it. We couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you everyone at Villa London for making our stay the best!

Among other things the worst thing was having a tv that only had Netflix that was logged into some one else’s account. We eventually after many requests had to go and buy our own Ariel paying for transport to do so. No dish cloth and towels left on several occasions and tea towels were terribly stained. Lounge was extremely uncomfortable and after a power outage failed lights. Water pressure Was also so bad it was hard to wash your hair Overall very disappointed and probably won’t use stays again

Overall the villa is very clean, tidy, and well located if you want to be near the hustle and bustle of Seminyak without the noise. The most difficult part of this booking was the comms via WhatsApp. Intermittent is probably the best way to describe it, and miscommunication was problematic, especially when trying to organise 3rd party catering for a birthday party. Also, when we met one of the managers on arrival he seemed intent on giving us the fastest brief of the property so that he could leave. The villa itself is really beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. One point to note is that the stairs to the upper bedroom are extremely steep, more suitable for light teenagers than a bunch of 130kg+ Māori boys from New Zealand! Yuni was wonderful, especially when it came to helping to organise and deliver a birthday cake for the bday boy. She was awesome! Would definitely stay again!

#### Needs some care

Good location but sadly Villa could use a really good clean. Covers on indoor lounge and chairs all badly marked along with floors and kitchen needing a good scrub. Disappointed that blood on steps and grass matting really needs replacing. The staircase to forth bedroom is really steep which was fine for us but elderly or children this would be dangerous. Bathroom gels etc all empty and needed to ask fur towels to be changed half way through our 6 day stay. Pool was kept lovely and clean. This is constructive recommendations for management of the property to make improvements as villa is in good location but needs a makeover.

Very nice villa with a lot of character. The staff are excellent and responsive to your needs. 4 minutes walk to Bintang supermarket. Good facilities for those who want to cook their meals. 15 min walk to beach. We had a really enjoyable stay.

This villa was everything we wanted and needed - we were able to see the pool and yard from the large living area, multiple bathrooms, all appliances you could need for a comfortable stay and the location is prime. Noni the housekeeper kept everything perfect. We are keen to stay here next trip!

We are a family of 5 and really enjoyed staying at this villa for 6 nights. It's in a good spot near all the action of Seminyak but also quiet and secluded. Pool was refreshing and well maintained. Good size rooms with air conditioning that provided a good mix of indoor cool and outdoor heat in the open kitchen/lounge. Happy to recommend.

#### A great place to stay

This house is set in a quiet lane with tall private fences all around. You walk in the lockable front gate to a beautiful small garden area and swimming pool. The living and kitchen area are open to the garden and swimming pool given it a lovely outdoor but protected feel, being able to enjoy the beautiful Bali weather. It was particularly lovely sitting in there when it was raining. Each bedroom was individually locked. Three bedrooms on the ground level, all with own bathrooms. Unfortunately the 4th bedroom was up a rather steep set of stairs with no bathroom. But we put one of the teenage kids in there, so they coped. It had everything it needed, maybe could of done with a hanging rack in each bedroom, otherwise has full size fridge, and cooking facilities. We were greeted by our cleaning lady and the owner on arrival with a jug of ice tea. The house and pool was well maintained/ cleaned every day by lovely staff. It was just a short work to Bintang Supermarket and to the busy street and restaurants. You can walk to the beach and along to Seminyak square and back up through the street to the house. We can highly recommend the nearby restaurant Frankie’s and also the Made’s Warung restaurant. There are security guards on the exit to the supermarket which were lovely, they knew when we were missing some of our family (of 5) and asked if everything was ok and when they should be passing. It was nice to know that we were being looked after. We Overall, a great place to stay.

We couldn't speak more highly of our experience at Villa London in Seminyak. Excellent location, wonderful Villa and our host Idham and his team looked after us wonderfully. The villa was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. We'll stay again for sure.

This accommodate was exactly as it was listed, We had our family,4 over 18 years old, the pool was used everyday ,The beds were very comfortable, On arrival we were meet by the Manger to show us again ,The house is cleaned every day and the pool is clean everyday, The location was really close to everything, I would definitely stay there again

We had an amazing time at our villa and highly recommend staying here! It’s in a great location, close to the main street in Seminyak and the grocery store. Our manager Idham was extremely friendly and helpful, easy to contact and helped us with anything we needed. Any time we needed a driver for our group of 7, we just had to say the word. Sujana drove us to Ubud for the day and was a great navigator. Raigan (sp.) drove us to the northern part of the island and was a very knowledgeable guide and told us a lot about Bali and knew where everything was! We enjoyed everything! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The location was good. Serene and peaceful. The master room air conditioning did not work. The safe did not work. They fixed it on day 2\. The bathroom in room 1 needs some cleaning and care. There was a bad odor in that room/bathroom. Overall still had a lot of bugs/ spiders and webs. Water pressure was low. Kitchen was good. There was no microwave and this would have helped.. Pool was nice and clean.

Villa London was the perfect place to stay. We really enjoyed our time here. The location was great. Only 2 min walk to Bintang Supermarket. Very clean and comfortable. Private pool was great. Netflix entertainment on the TV. The staff were so helpful and catered to our every need. We will be back :)

#### Nice clean villa in great location

Nice villa in seminyak 5 min walk to Bintang supermarket and The Orchard Pub which had good variety of food. We were met on the night we arrived by the villa owner who welcomed us with ice tea and some fruit after the flight with 4 kids. The also have filtered water and were happy to provide a wooden cot with comfy mattress for a small cost. The villa was cleaned daily and they also have a gardener and pool cleaner in to make sure we have everything we needed. The villa owner was also contactable via whatsapp making it easy to organise transport to and from airport etc.
