Both bedrooms open out onto the living area and sun deck, and the two generous king size beds can easily be converted into four singles.  
  
The bedrooms each lead onto their own stylish en suite, with decadent marble-topped vanities. Take your time preparing for the day, or treat yourself to some alone time with a bit of evening pampering.  
  
LIVING & KITCHEN ROOM  
The open plan design, combined with the contemporary and refined décor, gives the whole villa a bright, airy and expansive feel.  
  
The large private pool wraps around your personal sun deck and al fresco living area, and you are completely secluded within your own tropical garden.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, for indulgent home-cooked dinners, and sleek marble surfaces.  
  
There’s plenty to keep you entertained, whether you want to cool off in the pool, recline on a lounger with an afternoon cocktail, or curl up with a good book. There are smart TVs in both bedrooms, and high speed internet throughout, and the Bluetooth sound system lets you be your own DJ.  
  
Guest Access:  
This listing is for the entire unit, so you will have the Villa for yourself and enjoy all access to the property!  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We guarantee excellent service all throughout your stay, with an on-call site manager ready to help with anything you need, and a daily cleaning service so you really don’t have to worry about anything!  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The house is perfectly situated for coffee, brunch, dinner, and exploring.   
It’s a three-minute walk to Kilo Kitchen, and five minutes to Shelter for a tasty breakfast or lunch. Some of the area’s most popular restaurants are also within a five-minute walk.  
  
Getting Around:  
Guest can use taxi to get around or reach Seminyak area. The best will be rent a scooter, but careful of Bali's busy roads! Give our Manager a call, using our Villa's phone, to organize these during your stay.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\- Rate is room only, breakfast is not included.  
\- Extra person, adult and/or additional extra bed are not possible.  
\- Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate,  
\- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),  
\- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest,  
\- The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm,  
\- Shared parking available for 1 car per Villa.

Drive to Jalan Drupadi Raya, find Aspya Spa and Hibiscus Cafe on the left side (if you are coming from Kayu Aya Street) and enter the lane on the right side - only 5 steps from Hibiscus Cafe.
