### Stunning 3BR Villa, In The Heart of Seminyak - 1Min Walk To Eat Street! W/Pool!

A unique energizing concept villa located in the heart of the famous and cosmopolitan Seminyak area. Enjoy the special attention from our Owner who is a famous China Singer Actress, Ms. Lien Li on her talent to privately arrange all the the decoration of this stylish and modern villa to make you feel right at home. All the villa is decorated with wood furniture, incredible art pieces and lighting vibrant colours.  
  
Close to tasteful restaurants, trend shops and glittering nightlife, the villa is also perfectly located at only five minutes walking far from the beach. This two levels villa can welcome up to 6 persons thanks to its three bedrooms. The villa is layout around a 12 meters swimming pool and a lovely garden and all spaces of the ground floor give on it by large sliding glass doors. On the poolside you can relax on the two sun chair or the cushioned bale after hard day of shopping. The opened dining space has a fully equipped kitchen located behind an American bar, where you can have your morning coffee, or just enjoy a drink with your friends. The 6 people dining table is located near a comfortable L-shaped sofa. All the living and dining area has air conditioning, Bose surround-sound system, iPod dock, Large TV with satellite and DVD.  
  
All our rooms have TV, DVD player, iPod dock and safe-deposit box in order you take the most of your stay. Our staff will also be there to provide you best quality services and they will be always ready to respond to any of your desire, to ensure your stay the best memorable.  
  
The villa is equipped with sophisticated interiors furnished, a fully equipped kitchen and private swimming pool. Living and dining area are open to the ocean and enjoy a stunning view. A pool table is also available to enhance your stay at the villa.  
  
 Private 12 x 4m swimming pool.  
 Hi Speed Wi-Fi with broadband connection.  
 Large bathtub with hot cold water showers.  
 Full bath amenities, bathrobe, hairdryer & straw woven slippers.  
 Fully equipped designer kitchen including stove, microwave, refrigerator, hot cold water dispenser.  
  
 Flat screen TV with International satellite channels.  
 In-room safe deposit box.  
 Mosquito racquet, coils and lotion are provided.  
 Air conditioned living and bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.  
 Back up generator.  
  
All of our villas come with the services of our guest relations manager who will be able to assist with massages/spa treatments, tours and travel, car or scooter hire and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is a memorable experience.  
  
Please state in your inquiry if you'd require airport transfers. There's a transfer fee of IDR 250K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9pm - 7am). Fee payable to driver directly.  
  
All our prices are in US Dollars.
