Two staff Andy and Daisy were best staff and they should work in one of the better resort. In this same staff pick guest from airport, same staff answer your phone call and same staff cook in kitchen. Breakfast was ordinary not very excited. One day asked for butter and response was that we don't have butter. One night order the dinner and took long and asked why taking so long so reply was that no staff and I am at villa. Other thing very surprised that soon as we walked in and they came with receipts and asked for the payment. PAY NOW. Andy and Daisy were best and very help, very knowledgeable but I won't go back and stay because very old villa and service is just ordinary. Stayed for 2 nights, of only i could extend my holidays. Everyting was perfect except for minor cleanliness, but overall it was great. Staff was friendly, always smiling. Sadly, i requested for 1 hr late check out but was rejected. Would love to swim longer but have to cut it short. Breakfast was good too. And thank u for the complimentary cake n for decorating the room as an anniversary celebration.
