Villa Annecy is a contemporary four/five bedroom privately owned Villa in the heart of Seminyak, Bali, close to the beach, shopping and dining, yet ideally situated on a quiet street ensuring a relaxed and peaceful stay. Unlike a drive of up to 4 hours to villas in Canggu, we are just 30-45 mins from Denpesar airport and less than 10 minutes walk to the beautifully clean Double Six Beach with chairs & umbrellas, surf schools and plenty of places to eat out. The property has two pavilions with a larger Main Pavilion opposite the Pool Pavilion making it perfect for couples, or allowing privacy if traveling with your family or a group of friends. Fully staffed, so we can cater to your needs, allowing you to have a relaxing holiday, Villa Annecy will provide you with luxury and comfort on every level. For your additional comfort, as well as extra quiet air conditioning the rooms all have adjustable ceiling fans, tinted glass in the windows to keep the rooms cool in the height of summer and also, for those light sleepers or families with young children, black out curtains have been imported. Outside, Villa Annecy has a beautiful exterior. The garden area, surrounded by privacy walls covered in local vegetation, focuses around an indulgent pool which is over 50sq meters, with interconnecting side pools making it suitable for both relaxing or exercising. Decking and bridges allow you to access two different garden areas, one houses a magnificent gazebo for those wishing to relax in the shade during the midday sun and the other a diving board over a 2.4m deep water area\*, ball net etc. central to all of this is the Jacuzzi and with an outdoor shower and numerous sun loungers it really does cater for all your needs. \*The board can be removed on request. At the front of the property there is a generous covered parking area for you and your guests if you want to hire scooters or a car, then they will be parked at the property, this is also where the staff and service area is located. Spacious open plan living area with a clean contemporary feel, large sofas around a central coffee table, with expansive solid wood folding doors opening back to reveal the pool area. For your enjoyment there is a 60” flat screen television having international satellite reception, giving over 60 stations. Along with a full surround sound system. Inclusive WIFI means that you can jump online at any time. We have plenty of adapter gang’s for use whilst you are with us. The dining area has a vast solid hardwood dining table with seating for at least 10 guests. Again with expansive folding doors opening onto a wooden platform leading out into the garden. For any passionate cook there is a western focused kitchen, stocked with almost every conceivable appliance ready to produce those culinary delights. The central island doubles as a breakfast bar for quick snacks, and preparing cocktails for those sitting at one of the three sunken bar stools in the swim up pool bar, adjacent to the kitchen. Upstairs in the main villa there are 2 individual Master Suites with king size beds and seating areas, each suite features its own luxury private bathroom with rain shower area and polished Terrazzo tub. The rooms have large windows that fully open and also a door onto a shared onto a balcony with seating overlooking the pool and gardens. Upstairs in the pool annex there is a large Master Suite with king size bed and day bed, light and spacious with a vaulted ceiling and full size sliding doors that open out on to a private balcony with seating overlooking the garden and pool below. Also with its own luxury en suite bathroom. Downstairs there is 1 Master Suite with a grand frame, housing two full size single beds, which can also be made up as a super king. Full height sliding doors lead out onto the pool area and a large en suite bathroom with rain shower and luxury tub. There is a door from this suite through to the adjoining room, which is currently set out as a child friendly living space with ceiling mounted flat screen television and DVD player. Two of the walls are made up of glass doors that fold right back giving full access to the garden and pool area, this room has a large double day bed, lamp, side table and small set of drawers and a separate access to the dressing area and bathroom, allowing it to be used as an extra bedroom for adults or children if needed, there is a sliding door leading up to the master suite above. When you stay at Villa Annecy, you are collected from the airport at the beginning of your holiday and also taken back for the return trip home. This transfer service for guests staying at the villa is all part of the service provided, however, if you prefer to hire a car during your stay this can be organised, you can either collect from the airport or have a car delivered to the Villa when you arrive, or alternatively a car and driver for sightseeing or local transport can be arranged on request. Please note that an International Driver’s License is required in Indonesia when driving a car or scooter. On arrival you will be greeted by our guest hostess, Ni Made, and she will be on hand to assist you throughout your stay, whether you need help getting to the beach, with your shopping or dinner reservations, Ni Made will be there to organise this for you. There are 5 full time staff looking after you whilst you stay at Villa Annecy, as well as Ni Made we have 2 villa attendants who will take care of your daily housekeeping needs, a garden and maintenance attendant and an evening attendant, so whilst the villa is manned 24 hours a day the staff are very discreet, working away quietly in the background until you engage them. There are many things that Ni Made can organise for you during your stay; perhaps you would like a chef skilled in Indonesian cooking to come and prepare dinner for you at the Villa, or an outdoor BBQ one evening? Such an experience, wonderful We were 10: parents in 2 suites, children (6 of them) in 3 rooms. All with AC and anti mosquitos. 4 real bedrooms (with private bathroom) + 1 bedroom that can be arrange with a queen (my daugther, 11, slept there and she was delighted) Also very important: quiet (no bar etc. close from the villa, no noise) The swimming pool is large and part of the living room. The fantastic plus of this villa is the staff: they take care of everything (breakfast any type, lunch and dinner if you want). And they are great cookers, doing lots of local dishes and traditional ones. All services also available (sightseeing, transport for the day, furnitures etc.) Wifi was very good in the villa Walking distance: restaurant and shops (+supermarket) It's a "VIP" experience, highly recommended. The villa was not only beautiful but spotless. The staff cleaned everyday and were so thoughtful and considerate of us and all of our needs and requests. The location of the villa was also perfect! We were within walking distance of a large grocery store, spas and plenty of restaurants. This stay was truly memorable. Thank you for having us and thank you for welcoming us. Right in the heart of Seminyak.The staff at the villa couldn't be more helpful and I would greatly recommend the 'Indonesia feast' that they prepared for us on the night of our arrival. A few things that might not have been clear prior to arrival:\* The villa advertises that it is staffed 24/7\. This means they are physically present in the house (private quarters) 24/7\. I did feel a little uneasy knowing there were people in the villa and it was not locked while I slept (especially with kids).\* The staff prepare the villa for breakfast quite early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper like me, you may wish to bring ear plugs as I was woken between 5:30am-6am each morning. (or sleep in the other building).\* To settle the final bill (for food and drinks) you need cash or transfer via WISE. ##### Belinda G. Natasha, the property manager, was invaluable with our planning before we arrived. Made, head of staff at the house, was outstanding at helping with excursion booking, driver help, and meal planning. Four other employees helped keep the house clean, helped with laundry, and cooked meals. We ate more at the house than out and about because the meals were delicious. Bali Belly is a beast, so bring all kinds of stomach meds. Yoman was our driver for the week, and I highly recommend him as he is a safe yet efficient driver. His car is big and has great AC. The kids were absolutely blown away by the pool, the rooms and the awesome morning pancakes. Thank you for making the stay so comfortable and welcoming. Good prices for fridge beers and drinks. Host helpful and responsive. Good location , short walk to beach and bintang supermarket. I had a birthday for 20ppl at the villa which went great. The only thing id say is bbq for party was expensive once we got the bill and we didnt have pricing prior, that hurt a bit but the host did mention ordering seafood can push the price up. Another small thing was that breakfasts were great cooked in house but wasnt much variety eating either indo or western with the same thing everyday. We are a party of 8 people and the Villa more than accommodated all of us. The photos of the Villa do not do it justice. It is gorgeous. It was kept super clean whilst we were there and the staff, whilst discreet, was already around to cater to our needs. We had two meals cooked for us whilst we were there: traditional Indonesian and seafood BBQ. Both meals were delicious! We would definitely stay again. ##### Mary Jennifer S. The staff are incredible! Very clean and spacious for larger groups. We had 13 adults and it was a bit of a stretch for available bedding but it would comfortably accommodate 10 to 11\. The Villa is absolutely beautiful, clean, the pool is insane with a diving board and basketball ring which was a huge hit for the kids, the staff are amazing, the host was lovely and so easy to deal with. The staff at the villa were first class, so kind and helpful. We felt very spoilt. The villa location was perfect a 5 minute walk from town and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Natasha is a wonderful host helping me with advice on arranging trips and things to do locally. I had some concerns before we left and Natasha instantly made me feel better after I raised them. Our stay at Villa Annecy exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment I contacted Natasha to book in until the moment we were delivered safely back to the airport, the whole process and visit was exceptional. Villa Annecy is maintained to a high standard, the staff are incredible, and the location is perfect! As a group of 6 mums, the layout of the villa was amazing for our large group. Everyone had their own space to relax, and we never felt crowded or on top of one another. The pool area with the spa and day bed was perfect for relaxing after a big day of shopping or activities. The centralised location of the villa was great for our group. We were able to walk to Double Six beach to watch the sunset each afternoon and quickly walk to Bintang Supermarket for snacks or drinks. Jl. Arjuna (Double Six) is an easy 5 minute walk away, and Jl. Legian is even closer. The team of on-site staff are wonderful, speak fantastic english and work hard to accommodate every request. From the coffee brought to us on the day bed first thing in the morning to the aircon turned on and the mozzie nets drawn before we got home in the evening, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as fun and relaxing as possible. If you are looking for an amazing villa in Seminyak, I can not recommend Villa Annecy high enough!!!! ##### Inese R. The staff were exceptional: there when you needed them but also discreet. The meals were delicious and good value. Lovely breakfasts. Good pool and lovely garden setting but perhaps the pool was not the best for infants although there was a barrier to the garden pool. The staff would spray the rooms which again was really helpful. First off everything shown is accurate- the property is beautiful top to bottom. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are wonderful. The beds are nice. The pool is truly amazing. But the staff. The staff makes this villa over the moon amazing. Dinners, drivers, laundry, and grocery shopping. You name it they can handle it instantly and with a smile.
