Staff were beyond helpful. Only thing was ordering and scheduling breakfast day before. I never know if ill wake early or prefer to sleep in. When I did want to sleep in and tried to push my breakfast back, it was unable to. This made it less relaxing for me. Also I am gluten-free. first morning They didn’t have any substitute. The villa itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and had a very comfortable bed. The private pool was perfect for relaxing and considering you are so close to a busy street it’s surprisingly quiet. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they all made us feel so welcome. Nothing was ever a problem for them and their customer’s comfort is their priority. What let Javana down was the attention to detail, we had a few issues upon check in such as the toilet not flushing and keys not working. To Javana staffs credit, all issues were fixed upon request but when paying this price for a villa these issues should have been rectified prior to checking us in. We had mixed success with the room service, breakfast was fantastic but when we ordered outside of this there was something forgotten from our order or something that needed to be rectified almost every time.
