Staff were so friendly and couldn’t have been more accomodating. The hotel is tired but this adds to the authenticity of the Balinese property. It’s traditional and has beautiful grounds. The breakfast buffet is limited but has all you need. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. The massage was wonderful but the spa room could do with upgrading.

The buffet nights was hard to find out how to go about using it. The pool area wasn’t the cleanest. Rubbish left from one day to the next…. The room cleanliness excellent air conditioning excellent. Reception staff fantastic.

The staff here are excellent, kind caring and always friendly. The hotel is a little tired and rough around the edges, however our room was very clean and the housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast choices could have been better with more choice. overall if your looking for a budget hotel this is perfect.

we initially booked the lumbung to stay. For those looking to stay in a lumbung, be aware it's purely wooden and material based thus it's dusty, and full of bugs and a general problem with most Bali hotels is that they don't clean behind or under the bed - this bed bugs etc. However the staff were quick to move us when we told them and gave us a much better and lighter and cleaner room! The pool is fabulous and the staff in the kitchen are absolutely amazing! Thank you to all of them for making my boys 1st birthday memorable! Brilliant stay overall!

Pros - the hotel is a large and quiet spot in the middle of busy Seminyak. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The pool was great and they had HBO showing english movies. All of the staff were very friendly amd the food was decent. Cons - the rooms are not properly maintained. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both had problems - broken bidet, mini fridge froze our food, poor water pressure and ants in one room. We have been travelling for 2 and a half months and this was the first time we asked to change rooms and the replacement room was not any better than the first room. There was a loud water pump that was going on sporadically all day and night outside our first room. We barely slept for 3 days. They were working on the hotel throughout our stay but the rooms themselves need some work.
