The villa is a short stroll to Seminyak Square and the newly completed Seminyak Village, as well as other important facilities such as convenience stores, money changers, medical centers, massage and beauty therapists, and fashion boutiques.  
  
Less than a three-minute walk from Eat Street, two-minutes walk to Ultimo Restaurants, the stylish Seminyak Square shopping village is just a two-minute walk away.  
  
Getting Around:  
Take a leisurely short walk to Eat Street of Seminyak.  
If you wish to visit other area, the best will be rent a scooter, but careful of Bali's busy roads! Give our Manager a call, using our Villa's phone, to organize these during your stay.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\- Rate is room only, breakfast is not included.  
\- Extra person (above 2 years old) will be subject to additional charge, which will be settled upon arrival at the villa (not included in room rate).  
\- Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate,  
\- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),  
\- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.  
\- Shared parking available (possible for car and scooters).  
\- The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm.
