This flat is attractively furnished in traditional Tyrolean style. It consists of two bedrooms, one double and one quadruple with a double bed and a bunk bed, two bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet (one with bidet only), a bright living room with a single sofa bed, a separate kitchen with dining table and a small terrace on the ground floor with a view of the mountains. The flat is located entirely on the ground floor. The kitchenette has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge. Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: \- Adults (from 14 years): 5 \- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances. Casa Vintlana is a characteristic mountain house located in the La Poza area in Selva Val Gardena, approx. 1 km from the centre. It consists of two comfortable apartments with various amenities for your holidays in the Dolomites. In summer, the location is ideal, as right below the house passes the “Old Railway Path” a so called walking path, which leads through Val Gardena and also features a cycling path. The location at the edge of the forest means that you will find the first hiking trails right behind the house. A few hundred metres from the house you will also find a small playground. Approx. 400 metres from the house you will find the next bus stop, which takes you to the centre of Selva or to other places in Val Gardena. From approx. mid-June to approx. mid-September the Summer Bus stops 20 metres from the house and takes you to both Selva and St. Christina. In winter, on the other hand, the location is advantageous as the ski bus stops 20 metres from the house during the ski season and takes you free of charge to the lifts of the Sellaronda, in the Dolomiti Superski. There is a shared terrace where you can relax in the warmer months, which also has a small veranda with a table and a small swing for children. The house has various comforts, such as an outdoor parking space, a ski locker, wi-fi, free linen and towels. Pets NOT allowed. Take the opportunity to experience the Dolomites in a cosy mountain house! Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them. Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access) Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance. Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C) Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus. Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked.
