Aug 13, 2023 Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness #### Gute FeWo mit einigen Mängeln Lage: nur ca. 200 m (5 Gehmin) zum Strand / Seebrücke. Zum Bäcker 2min. Geschäfte, Restaurants etc. in direkter Umgebung. Da das "Haus am Meer" direkt über dem Restaurant "Skipper" liegt, war es früh sehr laut durch die Anlieferung. Da klapperten immer laute Wagen mit Flaschen/ Gläsern vorbei. Bei geöffneten Fenstern war das trotz Dachgeschosswohnung etwas störend. Ausstattung: 2xWC super! 2 SZ -> geräumig und gut. In einem Schlafzimmer war noch genug Platz für ein 1,80 m breites Luftbett. Küchenuntensilien ausreichend vorhanden. Backofen vorhanden. Eine Mikrowelle und ein kleines Gefrierfach wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Die Pfannen müssten erneuert werden. Das Besteckfach ist defekt. Staubsauger, Handfeger, Wäscheständer sind vorhanden. Kinderhochstuhl/ Reisebettchen waren auch vorhanden. Die Betten in den SZ waren super bequem. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Je 2,50€ pro Wasch/Trocknergang (Achtung: Wäsche nicht länger als 3h waschen bzw. drin liegen lassen)Große Kritik gibt es bei der Couch und den Essstühlen im WZ. Das Kunstleder ist völlig abgerieben und muss dringend erneuert werden. Darauf möchte sich keiner gern setzen. Sauberkeit: leider nur 2 Punkte. Ich musste vor der Benutzung leider erst einmal alles reinigen. Der Backofen wurde nicht gereinigt. Da lag vom Vorgänger noch das gebrauchte Backpapier drin. Im Kühlschrank habe ich Haare gefunden. Jul 21, 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Schön gelegene Unterkunft, ein paar Verbesserungstipps Eine schön gelegene Wohnung im Zentrum Sellins, in Strandnähe. Die Kommunikation mit Agentur und Verwaltung von der Buchung bis zum Check-In war top. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, einige Möbel etwas abgelebt. Was Sauberkeit betrifft, war auf den ersten Blick alles in Ordnung. Bei genauerem Hinschauen und benutzen der Räumlichkeiten, insbesondere des Bades der Gästetoilette und beispielsweise des Kleiderschranks, mussten wir nochmal selbst Hand anlegen. Hier klebte der Schmutz der Vormieter noch an Zahnputzbechern, Mülleimer, der Toilette und in den Ecken. Eine Info, dass in der Nachbarwohnung der Trockenbauer arbeitet und ab früh morgens mit Lärm zu rechnen ist, wäre schön gewesen. Auch hier leider Dreck im gesamten Hausflur, den man zusätzlich in die Wohnung getragen hat. Ungeachtet dieser Punkte, hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in einer super gelegenen Wohnung im schönen Sellin. Vielleicht tut sich an den genannten Punkten etwas. Wir kommen gerne wieder. OG und hat keinen Fahrstuhl, was für ältere schwerer zu erreichen ist. Außerdem ist die Schlafcouch nur für eine Person ausgelegt, da es nur ca. 1,20 m breit ist. Die Stühle und die Couch sehen vom Leder her schon abgenutzt aus, aber die Hausverwaltung teilte uns mit, dass es bald Erneuerungen geben wird. Dieses Feriendomizil ist schön eingerichtet und liegt genau in einer Einkaufpassage. Nebenan ist gleich ein Bäcker und untendrunter ist ein Fischrestaurant Namens "Zum Flipper". Zum Strand sind es ca. 5-8 Minuten zu Fuß, außerdem gibt es dort einen Fahrstuhl damit auch Personen mit Einschränkungen zum Strand gelangen. Gegenüber von dem Feriendomizil ist gleich eine Haltestelle von der Bäderbahn mit der man zum Beispiel gleich zum Bahnhof gelangen könnte ohne das Auto benutzen zu müssen. MAL IN Sellin Aufenthalt war gut.der ort war auch sehr schön.leider würden wir dieses Objekt nicht wieder buchen,weil die Treppen für uns beschwerlich waren( sind beide über 70.mein Mann kann zudem nicht gut laufen.der Wintergarten ist zwar sehr schön aber für uns kommt nur noch ein offener Balkon in frage!war aber unsere schuld! ##### Karin S.
