The villa is located in Selliner Wilhelmstrasse, well known far beyond Rügen, which invites you to stroll with its magnificent buildings, numerous restaurants and cafes. The beautiful sandy beach with the famous pier of Sellin is only 200 m away. The nearby shops guarantee optimal self-supply. Despite its central location, the neighboring forests and Lake Sellin are within easy walking distance. Villa Lena Whg. 03 with balcony: The friendly and bright, about 45 m² large 2-room apartment (non-smoking) offers space for 2 to 3 people and is located on the first floor, which can be easily reached by elevator from the underground car park. The spacious living area has a couch (extra bed for the 3\. Person - 1.20 mx 1.96 m), an armchair, a coffee table and a reading lamp. The technical area is complemented by a LED TV, a mini stereo system with CD and DVD players. You do not have to do without an internet connection (WLAN). This is included for you. Adjacent are a cozy dining area with wooden table and 3 chairs and a Nordic style, fully equipped kitchenette with various kitchen utensils. High-quality equipment such as a 4-Zoneceranfeld, oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster are among them. The comfortable bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), which includes high-quality mattresses and adjustable slatted frames, as well as 2 bedside lamps, a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. The darkening takes place here via a blind. The bathroom has a walk-in glass shower, a toilet, hair dryer and a towel radiator. An ironing board and iron are also available. The south-west-facing balcony has not only the seating but also a parasol, which you reach from the living area. All rooms have underfloor heating. A car parking space (double parking No. 3) is located in the underground car park (1.80 m height and 5 m in length, Tiergarageneinfahrt - height about 2.00 m). In the housekeeping room of the house you can use a washing machine and a dryer for an extra charge. A separate bicycle shelter can be reached on the background piece by a small footpath. For a short way to Brötchenholen provides the baker to be found in the house. With its own sleeping space and 1 pet is a welcome guest. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.Es war etwas kühl in der Wohnung und konnte auch nicht anders eingestellt werden. Hier hätten wir es uns etwas wärmer gewünscht.Überdachter Parkplatz auch vorhanden. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen Unten im Haus befindet sich ein Bäcker mit Cafe.
