Located in the heart of the city, you can easily access all the strategic places nearby: \- On foot, the city center and the train station within 10 minutes. \-Bike, the wonders of the wine route 10 minutes away (closed bike room available on request) The 33 m2 apartment, located on the raised ground floor, consists of a large entrance, a main room, an equipped kitchenette, a fully tiled bathroom with shower and a separate toilet .
