Idéalement située dans un environnement très calme, en bord de la baie de Povlja, en front de mer et à quelques minutes des plages, la villa est construite en 4 terrasses, reliées entre elles par des escaliers extérieurs. Le premier niveau est occupé par Sanja et Dusan, les propriétaires. Au niveau 2, une grande terrasse de 87m2, dessert un studio indépendant. (2 personnes) Au niveau 3, vous arrivez sur une autre terrasse ombragée avec grande table et cheminée barbecue qui dessert la 'maison du milieu' construite sur 2 étages. (6 personnes) Le niveau 4 nous offre une petite maison traditionnelle avec son entrée indépendante. (2 ou 3 personnes) Les terrasses sont construites autour des arbres d’origine qui apportent ombre et fraîcheur. Vue sublime depuis toutes les pièces sur l'Adriatique. Air conditionné dans la grande chambre de la maison du milieu et dans la petite maison du haut. Les autres pièces sont naturellement abritées de la chaleur. La maison est équipée du WIFI. Au pied de la maison, un ponton privé est à votre disposition pour la baignade. Its large and nicely shaded terrace allows staying outdoors most of the time. The private access to the Adriatic bay just across the street made going for a swim extremely easy and much nicer than on crowded beaches. Sep 19, 2017 #### Sehr interssantes Haus mit traumhafter Terasse und Blick auf die Bucht Wir hatten Ende August 2017 das Vergnügen mit zwei Familien nebst Teenagern das gesamte Haus nutzen zu können. Sanya und Dusan sind ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und stehen mit vielen Tipps zur Seite. Das Haus selbst ist über dem Standard ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist traumhaft - einmal die kurze Treppe hinunter und man kann in das kristallklare Meer springen. Weitere Strände (Kiesel) sind in 5 Minuten Gehentfernung zu erreichen. Ausflüge auf den höchsten Punkt einer Adriainsel (788m) oder zu einem versteckten Kloster sind empfehlenswert. Wer den Trubel sucht, ist am goldenen Horn in Bol (10 km) gut aufgehoben. Povlja selbst ist ein ruhiger Ort, in dem es eher beschaulich zugeht. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. ##### holm s. The property is located in a quaint fishing village of Povlja on the island of Brac. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed and extremely satisfied with the location of the property and owner's hospitality. The host made all of us truly feel at home. Povlja is a quiet and friendly town with several cafes and restaurants. The property is architecturally designed as several separate living areas that provides a place for everyone staying there to enjoy their own space without interrupting anyone else. The house provides tranquility and is conveniently located on the pristine Adriatic Sea waterfront and is close driving distance to several other smaller towns. Oct 6, 2015 #### Wunderbare Zeit an einem wunderbaren Ort Fangen wir mit dem Ort an: Ein in wunderschöner Lage befindliches Fischerdorf, weit weg vom üblichen touristischen Trouble und trotzdem muss man nicht verhungern. Eines der ortsansässigen Restaurants entwickelte sich zum "Stammlokal" während unseres Aufenthaltes. Das "Kala" Jeder Ausflug kreuz und quer über die Insel brachte uns immer wieder zurück nach Povlja und dem guten Gefühl, den allerbesten Fleck der Insel schon längst entdeckt zu haben. Die Unterkunft: Zwischen Bäumen und rankendem Wein ist ein architektonisch interessantes Haus versteckt. Über mehrere Terrassen sind die diversen Ferienwohnungen, welche sehr individuell eingerichtet sind, verteilt. Konkret zu dem von uns genutzten Appartement: Es ist zwar das kleinste in dem Objekt, aber war so wie es ist für uns perfekt. Das Dach des Häuschen ist im traditionellen Stil mit Steinplatten gedeckt und gekalkt. Jedes Detail und nicht nur an diesem Appartement ist liebevoll durchdacht und ausgewählt. L'endroit est superbe et calme. C'est tout a fait ce que nous recherchions. De plus l'emplacement réservé à notre Zodiac devant la maison fut idéale pour faire des excursions sur l'eau calme. Aug 19, 2015 #### Merveilleux sejour Nous rentrons tout juste d'un merveilleux sejour dans cette maison exceptionelle par sa distribution et sa situation les pieds dans l'eau avec une vue à deux pas du Port de Povlja et au calme absolu. Nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires aussi serviables que discrets, aux petits soins, qui nous ont transmis leurs bonnes adresses, ont organisé nos transferts et nos réservations sur place aupres des différents commercants. Aug 19, 2015 #### Merveilleux sejour Nous rentrons tout juste d'un merveilleux sejour dans cette maison exceptionnelle par sa disposition et sa situation les pieds dans l'eau au bout du petit Port de Povlja, au calme et avec une vue époustouflante. Nous avons été accueillis avec une infinie gentillesse par les propriétaires qui sont restés à notre disposition toute la semaine et dans la plus grande discrétion. Povlja est une baie aux proportions idéales qui permet aux familles d'y vivre en toute sérénité. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse du bas. Déjeuner a l'ombre sur la terrasse du haut. Apéritif et dîner sur la terrasse du bas! Calme mais a 300m des petits commerces, du glacier et de l'épicerie, la mer a moins de 10m... Attention cependant aux tout petits enfants qui pourraient tomber d'une terrasse a l'autre ( notre dernier avait 4 ans et pas de soucis). Sur place, nous nous sommes bien reposés . Jul 20, 2014 #### Semaine paradisiaque Nous avons passé une semaine formidable en famille (3 grands parents, deux parents et 3 enfants de 4, 8 et 11 ans). La maison est parfaite pour être pour ensemble mais préserver l'intimité de chacun. Sa situation dans Povjla est idéale (au calme mais proche du "mini village") et la mer en guise de piscine est une merveille pour les enfants (et les grands). Jul 17, 2014 #### Good Fantastic hosts, extremely helpful and friendly. We were extremely impressed that Dusan accompanied us to the first aid center when a little accident hapened to our son. Povlja is a quiet little village away from crowded places. The house is well located and the view from the terraces is stunning. One terrace is sunny, another stays always in shadow which is very good in hot summer days. The beach is very close, but you can also swim in front of the house. ##### Natalia v. Des propriétaires charmants, se mettant en quatre pour nous rendre service et nous conseiller sur les choses à faire (endroits à visiter restau baby sitter etc...)Nous avons adoré la maison,(3 couples + 1 enfant et 2 bébés et un célibataire) chacun avait son coin pour être au calme. Le village est charmant et loin de la foule. Anne, la personne qui est l''intermédiaire française est adorable et de très bons conseils...Bref nous avons adoré, nous avons passé de très très bonnes vacances!
