The Sunridge complex includes two large pools with poolside Tiki bar, splash zone, fitness facility, playground, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts. Bayside resort activity passes for the use of the amenities (eg pools, fitness center, kayaks, etc) are extra. See rental agreement for these optional but recommended activity passes for pricing and details. Linen service is now included with all rentals. Bayside resort is located 3 miles from the beaches of Fenwick Island, DE and Ocean City, MD, Bayside offers easy access to all the fun of the beach, while at the same time, offering an escape from the crowds and congestion that come with it. Our end unit villa includes lots of upgrades which makes it feel like home. It has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 1 car garage. The villa has all new flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is freshly painted. The first floor open layout is great for entertaining with modern kitchen, dining area, great room with fireplace and large 60" SMART HDTV with Bose Surround Sound Theater System, and screened back porch. The first floor also has a master bedroom (1 king) and second bedroom (king) with upgraded tile bathrooms and large showers. The upstairs loft has its own large 47' flat screen TV which is another separate entertainment area for adults or children. The upstairs has one bedroom with own bathroom (queen), and two bedrooms that share a jack and jill bathroom (queen + twin in one room, and bunk bed in other room (full + twin)). The upstairs loft also has a double sleeper sofa. Bayside's Jack Nicklaus Golf Course was ranked Delaware's best public access course. There were 14 of us and the residence fit us all comfortably. It was clean and well kept. The owners were very attentive throughout the process and pleasant to work with. The location was excellent, the main strip to Ocean City is a short drive away, and there is a grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and ice cream shops basically attached to the community, which was very convenient. This house was within walking distance to the main pool grounds which contained two pools and a splash pad for the kids. Beautiful neighborhood. Very close to grocery store and restaurants. Bikes, beach toys, cooler, wagon, etc in the garage was a delightful surprise. More than enough linens, pillows, and extra blankets in the house. Kitchen had everything that we needed and more. Things to consider that cannot be controlled by host: Its at least 30 minutes to the beach with traffic. This wasnt a deal breaker for us. Stagger your showers if you have a big group like we did so the hot water doesnt run out. We would definitely stay here everytime we come to Ocean City! ##### Kelly G. The beds are uncomfortable. The sofas in the main family room are very uncomfortable. I feel that a house that costs this much with extra fees etc should come stocked with basics like toilet paper trash bags etc I also do not think we should have to walk and dump all the trash when we leave on Saturday to the nearest dumpster on top of bringing all linens I love the Bayside environment, but will be looking elsewhere for a more economical/family friendly vacation in the future. ##### Lori B.
